I’m still mad that they cut many Quicksilver’s scene in AOU, there’s a lot of deleted scene that would make him more likable and interesting character. For example there’s a scene where he’s giving stuff (that he stole) to the people of Sokovia for free (he gave a medicine to a old man) and then someone tries to gave him money but he said no. That little scene alone would make him more lovable character
And they fact that they literally had the choice to keep him alive which in turn would’ve helped Wanda deal with the eventual loss of Vision in IW which would prevent the events of WandaVision from happening because Pietro would be able to comfort her and still be by her side but no..Marvel just made her completely alone. Wanda is one of my favorite characters along with Spidey, Cap, and Thor and I feel like she’s deserving of not being portrayed as a villain like they try to do in the WV series.

Without it, it feels like they're not even friends whatsoever.

The soul stone is used offensively in a blink and you miss it moment. When Dr. Strange summons copies of himself Thanos uses it to find out which one is real, as in where his souls actually is.

Might be a cool way to amp up the character. I'm still hoping for a 70's prequel staring Bradley Cooper as a younger Hank Pym.
I think the deleted scene between Natasha and Bruce talking in Age of Ultron about "missing their window" should have been left in. But, I also think that they should have played up that relationship a lot more. It would have made for a better ending to Endgame. When Bruce tells Cap, "I tried to get Nat." Ruffalo delivers that line like he dropped his friends taco on the floor while trying to pass it to him.
Tony Stark literally did blow up the mothership though, which is why the shaving rocket scene was removed. It also would have had a lasting change to rocket's appearance if he had been shaved. Tbh, it just wouldn't have been a good scene to keep in.

when tony’s in captivity the older tali dude is acting in control the entire time, then it shows the younger one get angry looking at the monitors, and from then on out he’s head honcho. when he surprises tony and makes it clear he’s in charge and the bs ends now it feels like he killed the dude and they just cut it out.

I wish that in a deleted scene in Infinity War was kept in. It was a moment where Banner actually becomes Professor Hulk during the final fight and he breaks out of VERONICA to stop one of the First Order’s goons. And then he tells Nat and Sam that he worked it out. It may have came out of nowhere to some, but it at least wouldn’t have been as jarring as him just randomly appearing in Avengers Endgame.
