Stephen" [no pause for humorous effect or reflection] Strange (immediately after what Peter just said): "That feels weird but I'll allow it." it's not at all funny without the reflective pause, as it makes Stephen sound like a narcissistic dick for immediately shutting down on Peter and not spending any time to reflect on it
There's a line that thanos says in one of the trailers for infinity war trailer where he says " fun isn't something one considers when balancing the universe, but this.... this puts a smile on my face" that didn't end up in the movie. I remember being a little disappointed by that too cause it was such a good line.
@Hollowdarling I feel like the best place for it would've been the fight against Strange or Tony because he seemed to be enjoying the challenge. It would've still kept him as this martyr he sees himself as while still taking pleasure in a good fight

Nothing more awkward than watching a comedy with someone, and you don't laugh at the best jokes, because you saw them in the trailer 15 times (looking at Deadpool, GotG etc.).

Cumberbatch's delivery of the line was so menacing, I was actually looking forward to hearing it in context-- but it turned out not to be in the movie!

X2: I definitely remember all trailers calling it X2: X-Men United when that is not the official title. Avengers 1: theres a Shot in the trailer of Black Widow looking down with an explosion in the background that’s not in the movie Winter Soldier: the trailers showed Bucky with eye makeup like how he looks in the books. Bucky did have eye makeup in the movie until the daytime street fight where his mask is removed. When Steve first chases him down after Fury is shot and it's nighttime, and Bucky catches the shield, he has eye makeup at that point.
Both projects were filmed in Atlanta at various points in time, and the TVA was filmed in the Marriott Marquis hotel in downtown. For Homecoming, I'm not sure why they used that shot in the trailer.

It'd be so cool to see all the footage these studios have locked in their vaults.
Great video Tom! But I have to mention the TVA agent who got eaten by allioth, which was cut from Deadpool and Wolverine. Additionally, there is a scene of the two talking at a diner table about deapool's mask, whihc was also cut.
A little correction on the New Mutants, they never did any reshoots, this is why all of the footage in the trailer made into the final film, they released the movie as it was filmed in the first go. Now they did wanted to do reshoots to make the more scary, which is why the film got pushed the first time, but they never got to it especially with the Disney merger looming and so the shoot date kept getting delayed to the point they no longer could do reshoots as the actors had visibly aged.
The scene at 2:20 was actually in the Spider-Man 3 Editors Cut version of the movie which used a lot of new scenes and alternate takes kind of similar to Spider-Man 2.1. That scene I’m pretty sure is right after Peter confronts Eddie about the fake photos at the Bugle.
You forgot to mention, there was one bit in the Spiderman 3 trailers, where when Peter looks in the mirror back in his apartment when he has the black suit on, his reflection turns into a version of him as Venom. Wish that made it into the film. That would've been so cool.
There was one shot in Deadpool and wolverine from the first teaser that removed the multiverse soldier screaming for help before getting taken by some flying mosnter thing while Deadpool watches.
8:40 This scene from Thor: Ragnarok was always supposed to be in the movie but with reshoots they decided to change Odin’s death and changed its location so thats why it looks so different from the first trailer.

9:19 I remember reading somewhere that in the original cut, before the reshoots, most members from the X-Force wouldn't die when parachuting, but would be killed one by one by Cable during the rescue scene, leaving only Deadpool and Domino. I wish they had left it that way in the final version, it would have shown even more how dangerous Cable is
For Infinity War, there was merchandise released displaying Hulk busting out of the Hulkbuster armor, which potentially was a plot point from an earlier version of the events of the movie. So it’s possible the Infinity War trailer shot of Avengers (including the Hulk) at the end may have actually not just been included for the trailer
The only thing from Agatha I caught was that they removed Rio’s crown in two shots in the full trailer (probably to avoid spoilers). They also changed a line of dialogue from “Teen” in the trailer to Rio in the show. “Why do you let them believe those things about you?”
also from the endgame trailers: - In the Endgame 2nd trailer, there is a scene of Thor powered up in electricity while holding stormbreaker, that is not in the movie - In that same trailer, there is a shot of Rocket with War Machine, in the final movie, War Machine's armor is recolored to the Iron Patriot coloring - In the endgame "Special Look" trailer (the one to hype up ticket sales), the final shot with the main 3 walking has Mjonir missing due to spoilers - Also in that special look trailer, during one scene Tony Stark and Steve Rogers shake hands, not only does cap wear a different suit in the final version, but also in the movie, they didn't shake hands, they activated their quantum suits. - Also also in that special look, at around 0:28 both Thor and Hulk are missing again, due to spoilers
I'm not sure about the others but there are at least two unused things from the Agatha All Along trailer. 1. They hid Rio's Death crown in the trailers 2. In the trailer it was Billy asking Agatha "why do you let them believe those things about you?" and then Agatha says "because the truth is too awful" but in the show it was Rio asking Agatha that.

9:19 I remember reading somewhere that in the original cut, before the reshoots, most members from the X-Force wouldn't die when parachuting, but would be killed one by one by Cable during the rescue scene, leaving only Deadpool and Domino. I wish they had left it that way in the final version, it would have shown even more how dangerous Cable is
But the actress who played Domino's stunt double was injured and died on set. So that caused some of the X-Force scenes to be cut
@@bobpeter5807wait, are you fr? Never heard of that, gonna have to search it up
the shot in the NWH trailer where a guy slams his hands on the desk is used in the Extended version
6:42 it’s called Fant4stic
That's a fan name
Fantfourtastic
The shot of normal Spider-Man and symbiote Spider-Man would have went hard tbh, it would have paralleled both light and dark sides of Peter's emotions
2:21 It was only shown in the Spider-Man 3 editor's cut
6:50 Reminds me The Dark Knight Rises prologue
I like how you went in order
The shot of Miles waiting on the train actually was in the movie, it was in the Leap Of Faith montage.
"Who is this person? Why are they swimming?" 😂
"He was in the amazon with my mom when she was researching spiders right before she died." That was not in Madame Web.
Btw Garry does slam his fist on those pictures in the movie sir
also from the endgame trailers:
- In the Endgame 2nd trailer, there is a scene of Thor powered up in electricity while holding stormbreaker, that is not in the movie
- In that same trailer, there is a shot of Rocket with War Machine, in the final movie, War Machine's armor is recolored to the Iron Patriot coloring
- In the endgame "Special Look" trailer (the one to hype up ticket sales), the final shot with the main 3 walking has Mjonir missing due to spoilers
- Also in that special look trailer, during one scene Tony Stark and Steve Rogers shake hands, not only does cap wear a different suit in the final version, but also in the movie, they didn't shake hands, they activated their quantum suits.
- Also also in that special look, at around 0:28 both Thor and Hulk are missing again, due to spoilers
Endgame trailer hid the Quantum-costumes they all wear when walking into the hanger for the time heist, and who was there for that bit.
I'm not sure about the others but there are at least two unused things from the Agatha All Along trailer.
1. They hid Rio's Death crown in the trailers
2. In the trailer it was Billy asking Agatha "why do you let them believe those things about you?" and then Agatha says "because the truth is too awful" but in the show it was Rio asking Agatha that.
0:28 Blade "i" "i" 😂
its called two
That avengers joke in Spiderman homecoming is in the movie.
11:20 I guess it was Agatha all along. I'll see myself out.
Same happened with the Sonic movie 3 second trailer
In the second trailer, we see a clip of Shadow saying THIS ENDS NOW in he's normal form, but in the movie he says this in the super Shadow form
"Blade Eye Eye" or "Blade 2 (the two in Roman numerals)" 🤔
Harry slamming his fist on the picture of Spider-Man is in the movie
The Spider-Man 2 Harry slamming the photo is in the movie

Will you be doing anymore pitch videos (including updates of your old pitches) soon?
Yes. They’ll be on this channel as shorts. RUclips updated its length to 3-minutes, but they’re not showing up on the shorts feed until December. So in the next couple of weeks I’ll be posting them frequently 😊
In Marvel Avengers Endgame trailer there was a scene where Thor was looking at the charged Stormbreaker, but it was deleted in film.
In the Captain America Civil War trailer Steve says "He is my friend" to Tony Stark, who replies "So was I" with a sad tone. In the movie, he says it in an angry and cold tone.
there is an captain america scene in avengers that he throw his shield in the camera, it was on some commercials and characters teasers
Pretty sure the building vulture flies down is the building they end up using for the TVA - so pretty good that was cut!
Love that you said "Trevor" and not "The Mandarin"
some of the scenes from the amazing spiderman 2 trailer did make it specifically the ones with harry and peter on the beach and when they said eachothers names
for wakanda forever, ayo was not wearing the golden coloured necklace in the teaser trailer unlike the movie which was after okoye was fired. also in the teaser there is a scene where okoye was wearing blue and was about to have a one on one with the Dora Milaje but never made it to the movie
