Insane how it all connected together. From the P.A. explosion to Barry becoming flash and everyone else affected and it was orchestrated by one man called Eobard thawne. Not really an inconsistency. The first episode of The Flash was the Pilot they had made for the show. They filmed the pilot, then introduced Barry into Arrow to tease The Flash. The interaction in Arrow is canon. Also, Thawne's hair kept changing because Tom's hair kept changing between times they filmed different parts. Also, you could technical label all of the changes as changes in the timeline.
Yeah I watched just the flash ima few years back and then now in 2024 I'm watching the full arrowverse in order (so a lot of switching) and it's so much better that way

The static shows how chaotic it was also you can almost hear the radiation. Kind of cool if you ask me

Man this makes some of the inconsistencies really obvious. like, was Barry talking on the phone with Felicity or holding the tissue up to his nose? And what's the deal with wells/thawne's hair?
Not really an inconsistency. The first episode of The Flash was the Pilot they had made for the show. They filmed the pilot, then introduced Barry into Arrow to tease The Flash. The interaction in Arrow is canon.
Also, Thawne's hair kept changing because Tom's hair kept changing between times they filmed different parts.
Also, you could technical label all of the changes as changes in the timeline.
Yeah I watched just the flash ima few years back and then now in 2024 I'm watching the full arrowverse in order (so a lot of switching) and it's so much better that way
