    Sound therapy is an important tool on the tinnitus habituation journey. Tinnitus Fuzz is a custom-made sound to give relief from persistent ringing. It's suitable to listen to during the day, or at night. It is best listened to on a speaker or sound machine, rather than ear buds or headphones.

    ok so I don't know if it's this one that I fell asleep to last night, or some other sound videos I've been listening to, or the neck/jaw exercises I've started to do (my tinnitus started a month or so ago, the same time a stitching jaw pain that at first I thought was an ear infection)- but I woke up this morning with SILENCE!!! I really appreciate this and the other helpful videos you uploaded.

      Keep in mind, you should adjust the volume to a level where you can still perceive your tinnitus. The aim of sound therapy isn't to entirely drown out the tinnitus. Rather, aim to play it at a lower volume than your tinnitus all throughout the day, enabling your brain to contrast the sound therapy with the tinnitus.

    This High Pitch Noise, tends to mask my Tinnitus slightly, as it is a similar match, I think we could use it at Night to help to get to Sleep, can you do another version without the beep noises in it. What HZ range also is the Fuzz Noise without the Beeping ?. My Tinnitus is quite brutal, I have been watching a lot of your videos in the U.K. - Do you also think Covid & the Jabs has caused a lot of problems with the increase in Tinnitus ?, a lot of people had increased Tinnitus from Covid or the Jabs, I had it myself after the Jab & many researches, also claim there is a proven link to future damage in the hearing from how Covid is processed in our Brain Cells & Genes.

    • @treblehealth
      @treblehealth  Месяц назад +1

      We will speak with our audio engineers to see what can be done. Unfortunately, we are unable to say what the exact frequency range is of the Fuzz Noise. There have been many studies to determine if COVID caused/worsened tinnitus Check out our blog article that discusses the possible correlation between COVID and tinnitus: treblehealth.com/tinnitus-covid/

      @@treblehealth - Thx, I am listening a lot more to the Fuzz Noise, it is very close to matching my own tinnitus, I am going to try and do it for a few hours each day or thru the week and see if my Brain also habituates more to it. Thx, for doing and sharing a lot of videos, I have watched many of them in & live in the U.K.. - It is amazing how many people are affected by Tinnitus Worldwide and in the U.K., many people are still often told and by doctors, that nothing can be done. I think my original Tinnitus was around 6,000 to 6,500hz and this also seems quite common for a lot of people and then recently I developed a sort of fuzz noise around it similar to this video, mine seems to be at and around 12,000Hz.
