- Combining the best two tinnitus sound therapy videos, crickets and running water should help to give you the best tinnitus relief.
Let me know what this sound, or any of the other masking sounds on the HearingTracker RUclips channel does to your tinnitus.
If you're looking for a tinnitus cure, unfortunately there's still not one out there. However sound enrichment therapy (also known as masking) combined with mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy is the most effective way to beat your tinnitus.

Does this combination of cicadas and river water mask your tinnitus? Matthew
No, it's just more noise. This can NEVER work. Tinnitus doesn't come from outside of your ear so this will never work or do anything but make more noise!
It's like asking someone in a room full of ringing bells, if adding someone beating a large drum helps deal with the bells. Absolutely ridiculous idea. 0/10
This is just more false hope and snake oil.
That means that move to the countryside is a medical option.
Maybe the problem is being the whole time in the same place with the same machines making the same frequency, even at low volume.
You only speak from your experience. I have been struggling with tinnitus on and off for years and now it is constant. Everyone tells me nothing can be done. If all I can find is a sound that mask it, I will take it. I want to be able to fall asleep at night and these sounds give me that ability. I am so tired of hearing buzzing constantly... so to hear water or wind is much better. I would love it to totally go away but if that is not possible, I will take this. Plus it gives me hope that it will.
Full Volume on my Computer still didn't drown out my Tinnitus and it's just replacing one annoying sound with another.
While I'm listening, I still hear buzzing in my ears, however, if I listen to it before falling asleep, I notice the next morning, the tinnitus is not as bad.
Yes it helps, also relaxing.
Thanks Carol that’s great to hear! Matthew
Yes. This one is working for me. I am beginning to understand what sounds work better for me. Is this how you're able to personalize a solution for each person's issue? Are you able to fine-tune the videos to what works best for an individual?
@@jonimckee5755 absolutely - let me know what might help further still and I’ll work on it! Matthew
@HearingTracker I have a call setup tomorrow. Will that connect me with you?
Yes, very much so!
Bull shit!
Nope. Turning it to a comfortable level, the tinnitus is still audible. The only thing that works for me is to be engrossed in something. It could be reading or it could be listening to something. Whatever it is, it must be really in, and that will be something different for everyone.
So what's going on with this Susan Shore thing?

Listen to that video, trust me my tinnitus was much quieter after giving it a listen
Mixing the two is good idea, but it is aggressive for my T. I am missing the softness.
SNAKE OIL ALERT!!!
You obviously do not have tinnitus or have not found the right video for your tinnitus. These videos have been a game changer for me. Not all w😮ork. Some do nothing at all, but when you find that sound that masks the sounds in your head, it is magical.
Yea but it is as annoying as the tinnitus
yeah this is a really stupid idea. It's like asking someone in a room full of ringing bells, if adding someone beating a large drum helps deal with the bells. So dumb
Yo guys

Give this a try
I barely hear my tinnitus after listening
Thank you dude - this is VERY HELPFUL - mimics by tin. perfectly
I’m delighted to hear this! Thanks for commenting, Matthew
