Successfully getting tinnitus relief requires different treatments for different people. One of the easiest ways to eliminate tinnitus, and to help you go to sleep, is to mask the ringing with another sound. My personal favorite is the relaxing sound of running water. Here is a sound that I recorded while hiking the Santa Fe New Mexico Nambe Lake Trail. - Хобби
Thank you so much!!!
It worked. Thank you
Thankyou it is working, so relaxing and helpful.
I love it and it works great for me
Thank you!
So relaxing
Que lindos lugares. Existen wow!
This is a really good one, plus I add cricket sounds on top for layers.
My sound is like static. It comes about every 20 seconds and lasts for about 20 seconds. I feel like I am loosing my mind! I have to turn this up louder than the tinnitus sound for it to get drowned out. I can’t imagine listening to this all night is helpful in the long run.
This is really helping!!! Thank you so much!!!
Yes this is really helping. Thank you
Good.
Thank you very much.
I just use it fiesta time this afternoon . My Phone was playing the sound without head set. Few minutes after i was relaxed sleeping on my coich.
I don' t know if some of you could explain best way to use it regularly ?
Is there a forum for tonitus?
Beautiful peaceful I love it Thank you😇🙏💗
hey clif, can you possibly make a video on fps shooter games and hearing care ? i was recently drone into a very fun game, valorant, yet after 2 months of playing it, my ears started hurting from gun spams haha, it lasted for 4 days and now i kinda hear a bit foggy, it would be great if you could aware the gaming comunity about how loud is too loud, or how long and how much break is necessary, i find gun sounds to be impact sounds, they spike quite suddenly. Thanks !
I have high pitched subjective tinnitus. I think mine is anywhere from the magic 8037 hZ to 10,000 hZ. This sound turned to the minimum threshold is best for me. Very comforting and masks my tinnitus perfectly.
I tried out different videos. Every stream has its own sound. Out of a dozen I found two that work very well. I covers it so well I can have the volume at pretty low levels. One of them is this one.
How do you know the exact frequency range of ur tinnitus? Did ur doctor tell you?
@@toomuchsoda8184 You can compare yours with different frequencies by using a sine wave generator app for instance.

Now I need to pee.
Hahahahaha
How does your system work?
Do you use it on both ears or just the effected one
I have had tinnitus from the last three year ,pls suggest how over it
Question. Are you supposed to play these with earbuds or headphones for it to work? I have it on my pc and my ringing is louder than the sound. If I increase the sound to high levels I can eventually sort of counter it though I always hear it at the same time as the water sounds. Im worried about whether setting it up loud enough to muffle the ringing is healthy for my ears lol.

I got a Voyager Legend.
I'm doin one ear at a time.
good question
It helps me without headphones and coming through my phone speakers. It seems water noises have that tinnitus relieving effect no matter how it’s listened to
Yeah bg noises aren't supposed to muffle it, just mask it I've heard
No sé cuál es mi tinnitus, son como sonidos de motos. Esta terapia podrá funcionar?
Anyone else have to pee?
This is not helpful. I still have the ringing only now I also hear water
I am suffering this problem if have any solution please tell me

Find a video with a sound that closely matches the sound of your tinnitus-then, by having the volume the same loudness as your tinnitus, the sound of the tinnitus will blend in with the sound of the video to such an extent, the combined sounds will be perceived as just the one sound that's coming from the video, and you'll have the illusion of listening only to a waterfall(or rain-or whatever other video turns out to be the best match to your tinnitus).
