This doesnt always bring me relief but its where I come to calm down when I feel like having an anxiety attack.. I've got a presentation at school today and this really helped me calm down. To anyone here that needs comfort for anxiety:
Listen to this for a few minutes or however long is comfortable with you.
    Take deep breathes.
    Close your eyes.
Distract yourself with things you enjoy.
    Its gonna be okay..

How you don't have 1M subscribers is beyond me. You got me through my bout of tinnitus and it's priceless. I ended up reducing my Lexapro dose and it went away. Go figure, I had no idea since I had been on it for years. Your videos took away much of the anxiety though. Thank you for all you do!

Lexapro causes Tinnitus. Did the tinnitus go away before or after you lowered it? Either way these sounds help my tinnitus to mask it. My fave is pink noise 2.0

Thanks for sharing Ben. I recently took a couple of minute video of a stream on the moors near me with all the soothing water sounds from different angles and play that on a loop to sooth my ears. It's as soothing too my ears as drinking a glass of ice cold water on a very hot day ;-) keep up the great work love your channel and even though my tinnitus goes between a 5 to 8 most days your channel promotes positivity in all the right ways. 😉

Most of the drugs don't work they have less than 50% success, I fojnd my ti itus got worse as I got older and became ill with coeliac disease. try a few of the sound therapies, eat less sugar and carbs I find that helps. I am also listening to some body healing herz and some brain activating herz. Eat plenty of fish and salad i find the noise reduces and becomes a higher pitch when I eat well and hydrate well. I drink weak tea with lemon but also coffee and tap water.

Another terrific assistance in quieting the ear noises…..and delightful ‘eye candy’ too! Awakened today to only the slightest auditory ‘white noise sound’ from within after sleeping to your ‘Shimmer’ sounds. After moving about things are louder and to a different pitch. However, your new-found videos are most pleasantly helpful, encouraging, ……and, greatly appreciated. Seeking solutions is somewhat empowering in the midst of this auditory conundrum 😉

I sure wish somebody would help me create a questionnaire that would find similarities for the cause of tinnitus I believe once we find the root cause then we can work on a cure there needs to be a questionnaire to find similarities to what people with tinnitus have in common that way we could possibly find a cure we can figure out how it develops and protect people who do not have it yet please help me create a questionnaire and let's find out what US tinnitus suffers have in common ......
Noise exposure scale 1 to 10
Antibiotics exposure scale 1 to 10
Anti inflammatories scale 1 to 10
Ear infections scale 1 to 10
Stress level scale 1 to 10
Tooth infection scale 1 to 10
Neck problems scale 1 to 10
    TMJ scale 1 to 10
Brain injury scale 1 to 10
Exposure to Wi-Fi signals scale 1 to 10.. cannabis intake scale 1 to 10
Alcohol intake scale 1 to 10.
Stress level throughout life scale 1 to 10
Vaccine intakes scale 1 to 10
🤔 And I'm sure there are a few more questions that could be added to this list......
This is a questionnaire that I would love to see developed I'll be very interested to see what similarities people with tinnitus have🤔🤔🤔🤔

Sound therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, so if you're having a negative reaction, it might be worth trying a different sound. Also, make sure to use it at a volume below your tinnitus to help minimize any discomfort or possible masking of the tinnitus.

    Hey Doctor
One thing that’s not discussed much at all is the affect of a spike of tinnitus after a workout / exercise / cycling that sort of activities
IV read several people saying it’s a definite spike something to do with the increased blood flow
If your looking for more topics / reviews / whatever
It might be something to discuss
I myself have noticed after an intense bike ride a spike in tinnitus follows not long after
    Love your channel
    Just a suggestion
    Keep up the superb work
