  • If you're looking for a tinnitus cure, unfortunately there's still not one out there. However sound enrichment therapy (also known as masking) combined with mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy is the most effective way to beat your tinnitus.
I personally find that the sound of water flowing is incredibly effective with my tinnitus, and momentarily makes me feel that I have cured my tinnitus. I hope it is as effective with your tinnitus too. Let me know in the comments. Matthew

Does it mask your tinnitus? Matthew

Yes. Actually nearly 100%. There are no words to describe how much it helped me. Now I can - without nearly any fatigue - listen to music in headphones that I found, to this day, painful to listen to (high-class open backs). I was on the edge of giving up the idea of having an audio system at home. Thanks so much. God bless you, Matthew.

Sound of water help little, I have found music to be the best distraction for me. I find soft meditative pan flute to be helpful. Thanks for the content of your channel!

For me nature sounds without music works best, music makes it worse, depends on what kind of music, high sounds no good, bird singing is wonderful its nature.😊

Extra loud green sound helps me. Its not as loud as the tinnitus but greenery took me from 4 to 5 hrs. Sleep a night to 6 to 8 hrs. Plus over counter taurine supplement.

I’m just wondering if a sound of raindrops falling or hitting a glass window or other objects considered a sound therapy for tinnitus also. ???
