    My son turned me onto this RUclips video. It actually does help my Tinnitus somewhat. But sometimes I can still hear the ringing above it. I do find it relaxing. And sometimes I honestly think it does mask my tinnitus. I pray to God they find a cure for Tinnitus. My heart goes out to everyone who suffers from Tinnitus. I have a severe case of Tinnitus and I have suffered greatly. I would like to see more research done on finding a cure for Tinnitus. Make people more aware of what Tinnitus is. Have a Tinnitus Awareness Month. Have fundraisers. Anything to bring attention to Tinnitus. And find a cure for it!

    This is my favorite Tinnitus masking video on RUclips. I like the other ones too. But this one has become my favorite. I keep going back to it. It really helps mask my tinnitus. I put it on every night before I go to bed. I have it playing all night while I’m sleeping. Love it.

      My pleasure! But I should be thanking you! I absolutely love this Tinnitus masking video! Thank you for making it. It really is my favorite. I had it playing all night long again last night. And I can report I slept like a baby. And with having Tinnitus that is very rare. I remember having so many sleepless nights. I’m so glad I found this video on RUclips. It’s become my go to. Thank you so much for making it.

    Doesn't shut the horrid tinnitus up, but it definitely is at tones I can hear (I have moderate to severe mid- and low-to e hearing loss). And these are sounds I do love, and your audio is at a bearable level for my current hearing loss, tinnitus, and hyperacusis levels.

      I took lipo-flavinoid (2 doctors recommended it) 8 weeks, 3 pills, a day. I charted it. Lipo Flavinoid is expensive too. Said needed 2 months to work. I gave it exactly 2 months and 0 improvement. I bought popular ear drops specifically for tinnitus. (Similisan) 0 improvement. I don't mind naming names because I gave these products every chance to work and they didn't. Not until I saw stress as a culprit. Masking is the greatest thing because it gives immediate relief. So you do the meditation that relieves the stress.

    • @TinaandPokey
      @TinaandPokey 2 года назад +3

      @@Andrew-pp2ql Yep lipo-flavinoid is expensive junk! I take magnesium citrate as well. The masking was a God send. Sometimes it gets loud but not for long periods of time. I've habituated nicely 👌 I'm glad for you too.

    I find masking is the only solution to sleeping at night,although hearing aids do help if I wear them for at least 4 hours a day,then the tinnitus seems to not be as loud at night.
    I just find hearing aids annoying to wear every day.

    Can I buy a cheaper pair of hearing aids and listen to this for my tinnitus or does the tinnitus therapy need to be done according to my hearing loss? I found this more soothing than what is programmed in my trail hearing aids.

    • @treblehealth
      @treblehealth  2 года назад +1

      Sound therapy does not necessarily need to be “shaped” to follow your hearing loss. You may stream sound therapy into hearing aids from an app as long as the hearing aids have Bluetooth and are compatible with your cell phone model.

    Don't you have any of these that mask in the 8000 to 10000 HZ range? It seems like those are the most common frequencies, but the ones I've found on your channel never mask in that range. Would prefer to listen to water sounds like this instead of white noise, if it is possible to get something that works for those frequencies. This one doesn't, unfortunately.
