It’s very nice to see positivity in a world so cold. I’m going through a tough time. I get so depressed that I literally take it out on my self (no self harm). I am happy I read these comments because to see people be genuine and positive is almost as rare as gold.

Perfect sounds for lowering blood pressure. I use these sounds when taking my blood pressure twice a day and it makes a difference because I can no longer hear the blood pressure machine. I theorize that we stress easily based on visual and sound. This lowers my blood pressure reading by 5-10 mm of mercury. Thank you so much for easing my life and helping me get accurate readings preventing over-medications.

I also found when I got to about 10 I use to love diving to the bottom of the pool or ocean to hear calmness

This is the best i listen to it almost every night especially sleeping for school like on Sunday and the rest of the week and also thank you for not putting one single ad in it.
Sleeping sounds never work for me, but this one knocks me out cold. It’s so peaceful, and works like a charm for my anxiety and insomnia.

This is my favorite to sleep by. Continuous light rain with no thunder, feels like a lullaby. The pitter-patter of rain drops on leaves, on the forest floor. Constant. No pauses. No thunder.

Put my adhd none stop jumping and moving around 7 yr old boy to sleep in minutes. I even had the lamp on bc I had to finish my taco even after he ate quiet a bit of sugar bc it’s the day before v-day and he got his gift of chocolates from me early. Now he will still get his 10hrs in to be nice a refreshed for school in the morning. Thank you sooo much for this sound so peaceful and wonderful. Time to turn out the lights and use it on myself now 😌

This reminds me of my home in India. The rain was always welcome, bringing coolness after soaring sun. We danced joyfully in rain, making puddles and paper boats whilst my mum moaned about messing up her clean house (although I know she loved watching us play silly games).

It's nice to hear the sound of rain
In the morning i listen to the rain while getting ready for work..it takes awhile to unwind from my sleep, my mind is heavy in thought..and, the sound of trickling raindrops softens my muscles, my aches and pains like a mental massage.

As a person who struggles from and with anxiety, this has helped me to calm my mind and to also clear my mind so my mind is in a clearer mindset and to help my body relax. I'm trying to improve and get my mental health as stable as possible. The sound of rain really is calming and soothing for me, i do love the rain. I hope everyone is OK and doing well!

my baby is only 3 weeks old and as a new mom I would do anything to soothe him when he’s crying. My husband & I realized that he’s comforted by the sound of running water, this video IMMEDIATELY calms him. It’s like magic!!!
