My tinnitus doesn't sound Iike crickets. Mine sounds like Cicadas, However, I've been using your videos as a self help I have not been to a Dr for any actual diagnosis. I can get not only relief but actual silence for 2 or 3 days at a time. But I have a layered problem. In addition to the sound of Cicadas I also have the high pitch sound ranging between 8,000 to 14,000 hz. If I can get the sound of Cicadas to go silent then I proceed to listen to sound therapy within those HZ ranges to match what's in my head. If I do it correctly then my head goes completely silent so that the only thing I hear is what I'm actually listening to. Conversations, Music, Tv etc.
I struggled with tinnitus for years, the ringing in my ears never stopped. I tried all sorts of treatments and therapies, but nothing worked. Then I found a simple solution that didn’t require anything fancy. It worked almost immediately! The ringing got quieter, my stress lifted, and I finally felt some peace. I can't post it here but it's on my channel
For someone who has tinnitus, there is nothing wrong in listening to these sound therapy. It helps you a lot since it diverts your brain into listening to other noises. What I would suggest to those who suffer from it is keep believing that this is temporary and just continue with your normal day routine. The more you think and focus on your tinnitus, the more anxious you will get and the more you will hear the sound. Stay away from stress as it will help you a lot from recovering. In over a month of experiencing it, I have seen significant improvement that I can barely hear the noise anymore. Cheer up and keep praying!
That was my gut instinct as well. I've been a 24/7 sufferer for a couple of months last year but forced myself to get busy getting distracted (especially if there is noise of any kind in ur distraction). And within a couple of weeks it was gone. Now, it has come back, over a year after that, but I'm confident I can treat it before it becomes something closer to permanent
The sound in question would really irritate me. It's constantly present in my mind, and it's not something I enjoy. Instead, I prefer to use sound markers and listen to gentle waves and the occasional chime, which are soothing and relaxing. That particular sound, however, is not for me.
Absolute rot! I've been a sufferer for over 10yrs now. I don't focus on it, nor do I worry about it. It's just part of my life. HOWEVER. If I could stop it even for a few minutes it would be a MASSIVE relief. Hearing that high pitched tone 24/7/365 does get in the way of my hearing and as I get older the degradation is increasing. So. It's NOT temporary at all!
I’ve had Tinnitus in my left ear since I was eighteen and blew it out with loud music on headphones. Fifty-six now. I’ve lived it with it so long. For those newly suffering. Worry not, in time your brain ignores it, and you're able to focus on other things as well as go on with life. But it will always be there in the background. I’ve tried everything in all that time to find relief. Wow, Tinnitus Shimmer. This sound therapy REALLY does offer deep relaxing temp relief! I’m impressed. Nice Job! Young Folks. TURN DOWN THE MUSIC. Believe me, it's not worth blowing out your ear drums. I was stupid. It took me nearly a decade to get a good night's sleep. I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy.
I have it in one ear. It tends to come and go. But a few days ago I was at a party with loud music and it started up and hasn’t stopped. For the most part I’m able to ignore it
I have had it since i was a little kid, i dont know if it was from having multiple ear infections really young or having tubes in my ears. But Your right after a while your brain just ignores it, the only time it really gets to me is if i am somewhere really quite. or at night when i try to sleep. but what i have done to fight that is to sleep with a louder fan to drown it out.
Shooting guns , loud music , power tools was my downfall. I’ve had this ringing going back as far as I can remember. I stumbled across this type of sound therapy on RUclips a year ago. Just found this one. It’s recorded loud enough that I can hear. So many are not. And yes , your brain learns to deal with it during the day. But when it’s super quiet, mine is loud and constant. I should sleep well tonight.
Wow, you sound like me…I’ve also got tinnitus in my left ear since being a teen and I’m 56 also! I’m not sure what caused mine…whether it’s due to me having a mastoid when I was a teen or with me poking in my ears a lot (lol, I know, I know), It’s tiring hearing constant ringing.
I did the same in my teens early 20s. Concerts were so loud and my ears would ring for days afterwards. Wish I knew then that I would have this incurable ear ringing. Funny how there are times when it is more disturbing than other times. This sound frequency does help temporarily
The sound is inescapable. 24/7/365 noise you cannot turn off. I can’t remember silence. What I would give to experience silence once again. For those who don’t suffer from T, God love ya. It is an affliction I would not wish upon my worst enemy. This sound does cancel out much of the sharpness of my T. It is a blessing. 🙏🏼
I have literally had tinnitus for as long as I can remember. As a child I told myself the sound I was hearing was the sound of my blood flowing through my veins, the sound of my body working. I am happy to get relief with this audio. It helps me sleep. What I miss is not knowing what complete silence is like.
So when I tried shimmer again I couldn't sleep. The only other sound that has helped me sleep is the river sound. I've used peaceful slow music before I found you and that worked sometimes. I believe my tinnitus is quieter and not as noticeable. I'm so thankful.
This is very soothing. My phone volume is a little over half way up, and this is drowning out my tinnitus. Prayerfully there will be a cure. I would love to know what it feels like to “hear” nothing.
My tinnitus started 2 weeks ago cicada noises 24/7 . First time I got really scared and depressed . Going hospital to hospital, didn’t sleep for 6 day 😢 many neurological doctors and still nothing. To stop somehow depression they prescribed me gabapentin 200 in morning 200 in night got little bit sleep and sound therapy helps
@@LevaniAslamazishvili-l9udon't worry you will be okay next time just relax and don't think tinnutus use voice like that probably it doesn't change so you should get used to
I understand that if you drown out the tinnitus it will get worse. Better to have the distraction whilst still aware of the tinnitus and concentrate on the background noise.
I'm literally crying right now. Sixteen years of consistent ringing in my ears, keeping me up, driving me near crazy to the point where I've thought about asking to be medically deafened and now I stumble across this, and it helps. Unlike the babbling brooks, running rivers and specific noises videos this actually works. Thank you so much.
I'm glad to hear how this sound therapy has alleviated your long-standing struggle. It's truly heartwarming that it has made a substantial difference, and I sincerely hope it continues to offer you the comfort you deserve.
I'm glad that you have found relief. Just be aware that medically deafening yourself does not get rid of tinnitus. "While tinnitus may seem to occur in your ear, the phantom sounds are instead generated by your brain, in an area called the auditory cortex."
Just a heads up, but deaf people can also suffer from tinitus. Going medically deaf won't cure you. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9650103/ Tinitus is caused by the brain, and severing your nerves won't cure it.
35 years for me. It gets higher or lower in pitch sometimes and often there will be several to many different tones at the same time. I can never enjoy the quiet moments in life because its never quite to me.
It gets bettter, I often have days when I can hardly hear it. Keep going, you will get to the other side I promise. Reduce stress salt and sugar. It works ❤
Taking care of my self, meditation, plant based diet, I took 3 months off work, light exercise, basically stop stressing about everything. That has reduced my tinnitus sometimes I don't notice it. I know people gotta work and all but maybe simplifying things in life. That helped me.
Thank you! I was having a panick attack this night because of my tinnitus preventing me to sleep, I found this video and the sound soothed me, made me calm down and fall asleep. This made me feel like I was chilling near a waterfall at night with crickets in the background. You should be proud of how you help people with this!
@@dustinsalih1927 It's hard I know, but we can get through this. I made this sound a routine and I am falling asleep with no problems in the last few days. I just need to find the right volume to mostly mask my ringing. Do the best to have care for you ears to prevent the sound from getting any worse, for example I bought earloops for when I am in very loud enviroments like crowds and concerts, or even when mixing my vocals with headphones (I spend a lot of my free time doing this so it hurt my ears). Good luck!
I've suffered with tinnitus since June 2023. This is one of the only frequencies that masks the high-pitched beeping I have and lets me sleep. THANK YOU!
Great sound to cancel out the ringing. Motor bike accident with frontal lobe damage, woke up 4 days later not knowing anything... Even today 30 years on , still no memories. . But these videos and amazing people help us all ❤😊🎉
Battling chronic tinnitus resonating at 13000 Hz, my struggle intensified dramatically when I decided to discontinue my antidepressants. The relentless, piercing noise became even more prominent and persistent. In my quest for a solution, I discovered a RUclips video that advocated for a carb-free diet to alleviate tinnitus symptoms. With nothing to lose, I decided to give it a shot and spent a day without consuming any carbohydrates. On the same day, I took 6mg of melatonin to help with my sleep, not intending it for tinnitus. To my astonishment, I woke up the next morning to find that my tinnitus had drastically diminished by about 90%. Since that day, I've been adhering to a strict no-carb diet and taking 6mg melatonin before bedtime. The outcome has been consistently positive so far. While this is my individual journey and might not apply to everyone, my hope is that my experience might bring some comfort and potential relief to others grappling with this challenging condition.
TYSM❣️ Dr. Eric Bergs quick & easy solutions too! Just Ce across this as I was going To sleep but just saw dr Eric Bergs & (Here on Yt) Did the tapping and it worked once I turned off the fan ! Ordering the b12 supplement he doesn’t sell or push just suggests ! He has remedies for all of the body too! Great person !
I’m going on 80, I’ve been living with the noise in my head since 1969 when I was wounded in V N . I’ve tried every hair potion And pills , music, etc, etc. I’m looking forward to this, I do understand that this is not a cure but if it will help me sleep that’s an improvement.
It is actually. It’s the fish of the yin and the yang circling each other to create the buzz of life and the energy of the world. Literally hearing your brain at work.
This sound therapy mimics my tinnitus. I have tinnitus and hearing loss from military service. This helped me sleep the last few nights. I hope it helps you as well.😅
My tinnitus only acts up here and there, I am lucky. But whenever it does, this has been such a great help to get me to sleep at night. It drowns it out perfectly.
I've had tinnitus for many years now.. maybe 2 decades .. my advice to everyone that has it is that try not to let it bother you as there is NO CURE no matter who says what. Instead , think of it like - as long as I hear this sound , I KNOW I AM ALIVE and it's great to be alive. You usually hear it louder when it's really quiet (probably just before going to sleep) so take a positive note and know that if you stop hearing this sound , you are most likely not alive anymore .
To be honest; my greatest fear is that after I die, it would appear that my T was mentally all along and it has embedded in my subconscious and that I will somehow hear it even after I die...
I’ve had it for about 6 years. It’s always there but my brain has gotten used to it.certain noises will trigger it so it gets louder. A couple months ago I was sitting watching tv and the ringing completely stopped. I had complete brain silence for about 30 seconds. It was Devine. No idea why it happened, wish it would happen again
@@iroh3340 its most probably because of blood flow/anxiety stress stuff like that that either starts or enhances tinnitus (if you dont have any hearing issues)
Maybe is that getting worse my hearing and tinnitus problem.....? I've always suspected it but i smoke a lot since I was 14, now I'm 30.... Hard to quit.... D:
I have done lots of research, smoking can indeed be the cause of tinnitus. Studies confirmed that smokers of cigarettes are more likely to have hearing loss, tinnitus, and vertigo [1]. Other studies, in a meta-analysis, found a statistically significant relationship between smoking and tinnitus [11].May 30, 2023
This is the sound I live with...It gets louder and louder sometimes usually when I'm ready to go to sleep and also when I wake up.. I went two whole days with no tinnitus but today it is loud as ever...ugh!!!! This helps a lot...
Why does it help you to hear an audio of the same sound you hear with your tinnitus? I hear loud, high pitched whistle/cricket sounds and I don’t like to listen to cricket sounds because it just makes it double annoying. Instead, I listen to videos with the opposite sounds. So for me, it helps to listen to low pitch sounds like the noise a tractor makes when going over rocks (trrrrrrr). It cancels the high pitch noise in my head. I don’t understand why people would like to “match” their tinnitus
@@lih1352 I completely agree with you. Listening to this is extremely annoying and seems to make the noise in my ears seem louder, like the ringing has just acquired friends and is now throwing a party.
Shimmer is almost exactly what my tinnitus sounds like (but nicer)!! People never believe I have it, but seeing and hearing this felt so validating to me.
I am living with tinnitus for fifty years. Loud concerts, clubs harsh noises, motorcycles, fireworks, are the cause. For MOST PEOPLE there IS NO CURE! Parents protect your children’s hearing! I feel sorry for the soldiers with this problem. Thanks to all who try to help.
Going on about 2 years now with Tinnitus. Sometimes my mind forgets, sometimes its impossible to forget. Just look towards the finer things in life, you'll be okay 👌
Listened for only 3 min before testing by simply pausing the video with my noise-cancelling earbuds still in - it worked so well that I probably wouldn't even have noticed any ringing if it wasn't for the fact I was listening for it. That's incredible.
It may have been the antibiotics you took that gave you tinnitus rather than the ear infections. Cipro did it for me but other antibiotics now make mine louder.
Oh my days.....shimmer me forever. I have suffered so badly with tinnitus for over 20 years....this is genuinely the first white noise that has blocked it out. Legendary ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is a great help. I have been living with tinnitus for 36 years. All my visits to the doctors were fruitless. Nothing helped. Thank you again for this!
From the dozens of T masking videos, THIS has become my nighttime ritual. It’s played all night, every night on my bedroom tv and is the only one that has allowed for uninterrupted sleep. Thank you. Next step - a cure for this ‘silent’ torment
What may help is the sound of a ceramic heater. It worked when I used it once but didn’t try again. Am going to bring it into my room and will try it out again.
@@mickeyjetpur7998 I live in Queensland, Australia. Today’s temperature is 36 degrees Celsius with 94% humidity so unless T can be melted away, I’ll pass on the heater but thank you so much anyway. 😊♥️
I will give it a try. Been dealing with this for 40+ years now . When I was a kid in school it was so hard to focus and I always wondered what silence and peace and quiet meant.
I honestly can't believe this works for me! I have tried so many "maskers," but none have ever worked. My tinnitus is far worse in my left ear (years of skeet shooting before ear protection was really a thing), and it is an extremely high-pitched ringing noise. I have high-frequency hearing loss, but hearing aids that help with that only amplify the tinnitus and make it louder. Thank you for this! It really does help me sleep.
I don't know why, my ENT suggested it to me as a possible treatment option. Don't let yourself be swayed by randos on the internet. Or rather, learn why you do so you can do something about it.
I have had Tinnitus for just over 40 years, I have two Tinnitus hearing aids and it just makes your Tinnitus sound like its in a tin can! so I stopped using them. Easier to deal with without.
Thanks very much for your video. I've suffered with T for about 30 years or more and as many people have commented, my sound is very similar to the one on this treatment video. Mine used to come on at bedtime but would usually last for less than a minute if i was lucky. Sine having a heart attack and a quadruple heart bypass last year, my T has been constant and impossible to ignore. I'm shocked to see so many comments connecting T to stress, which was a big contributor to my heart attack and I've been as stressed since surgery, having suffered many set-backs which haven't ended yet. I'm listening to this video now and hope I'll sleep better tonight, although a current digestive tract infection and chest pain may stop me from sleeping well for another week or so anyway. Good luck everyone and take care!
Also connecting T to autoimmune illnesses.. I have so many including RA Fibromyalgia and SS.. ... These autoimmune illnesses cause Nerve Damage in my Ears and every other part of my body.
I had minor tinnitus for a period of 3 months in 2021 and these sound therapy videos were an exemplary help! Thankfully it was just a wax issue and once I had it all sucked out, my hearing was back to normal!
I’ve had it since my 21st birthday. Shooting outside on a cloudy February day. ENT said the atmospheric pressure had to be just right for the shots to break both eardrums. I’m 71. This is the best masker I’ve found. At last, I can rid myself of the ringing when I’m awake. My ears don’t ring in my dreams. 😎
I just found this tonight while trying to find a fan or ocean sound to try to sleep... They never work, I still hear the high pitch sound in my ear. I turned this on and actually started crying with joy! I immediately got relief! Thank you, thank you thank you! ❤
We're deeply touched by your response! It means a lot to us to know that our sound therapy brought you relief and even tears of joy. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're here for you whenever you need. Wishing you peaceful nights ahead. ❤️
I don't have tinnitus but RUclips recommended this so here I am. This is calming, and much better than white noise. There is something soothing about this.
Amazing, just amazing. I thank God for having discovered this video. Will try it to sleep tonight. The hardest part with tinnitus is falling asleep. This is exactly the noise I hear in my left ear constantly now for 3 1/2 weeks after being diagnosed with tinnitus. When the shimmer sound started it just disappeared. Thank you, thank you!!
I’m going to try this. My tinnitus has been with me for years but it’s become worse over the last couple of weeks and the less sleep I have the worse it is to live with. There’s something very soothing to to sound.
I just looked at this website about a day ago. My left ear had a lot more ringing than my right ear so I was working on my left. I didn’t notice anything different. I just woke up and I think it’s almost gone completely in my left ear. I cannot thank you enough. I worked mainly around my ear. I did the Apex massage, massaged around neck/gently around the jawline. I really am amazed!! I’m very thankful! 😀
I’m not sure how long I’ve had Tinnitus but it’s gotten worse lately. This is the most soothing thing I’ve heard in years, I feel like crying. I can’t hear the ringing, it’s crazy! Thank you so much for this.
I’ve had tinnitus for thirty years and it’s getting worse. The only relief I’ve had was when I went to the dentist to have a tooth extracted and I was put under general anaesthetic for about forty minutes… it was bliss.
This is the first sound I have found that truly masks my tinnitus. I have tried hundreds. I have found that each week I can turn the volume down a little more and still find relief.
Ive had tinnitus for 5 years in both ears due to ear infection and noise exposure and my advice is don't let it get worse with the biggest offender being ototoxic medication which in my three experiences has made my tinnitus sharper, louder and rawer/ more piercing and, although after 2 - 3 months it subsided to a base/ manageable level, each time it failed to settle back down to what it was before taking the medication. Second offender is sudden sharp loud noises which I have had quite a few of but never lasting damage/ always settled back down to what it was previously after 2 - 3 weeks, sometimes its only lasted hours then settled back down (I carry foam ear plugs to go out and if I'm going somewhere I suspect could be loud I also take ear defenders). Second bit of advice is make sure that you don't have wax in your ears or near or on you eardrum as in my experience multiple times after getting wax out my tinnitus has become almost inaudible (wax removed via an ENT using manual extraction as apparently microsuction is too loud near the eardrum which can aggravate tinnitus). As well using distilled water ear drops put in a glass pipette bottle helps to remove ear wax. I have experienced severe tinnitus in both ears for extended periods but as for my tinnitus now my left ear is pretty inaudible its only when I lay on the pillow is when it becomes louder and bothersome but I can sleep through it, however my right ear is mild/ moderate and when I lay on the pillow it becomes quite severe, although I can still sleep through it depending on how tired I am (I sleep with 9000Hz white noise and a fan). The best way I can describe the tinnitus in my right ear when not laying down is by using audionotch's tuner on 9550Hz at 1% volume and computer volume at 24 although the tinnitus doesn't sound quite like that and its not as pronounced as the pure tone/ the tinnitus has more of a dispersed effect.
My heart goes out to you...I've had it since cancer treatment last year....Cisplantin....they never told me...or warned me....I feel your pain....Prayer has help me immensely....
I wish you that it'll soon be gone! Do you mean that ototoxic medication made your tinnitus worse than before after use or did it just come back the same as before.
I developed tinnitus 2 weeks ago , most likely comes from brain because of my job truck driver for 15 years. Lots none sleep nights , depression anxiety . Appointments to ENT , neurological appointment . First 6 days I cud not sleep at all . Still they can’t find noting 😢 and I got prescription for gabapentin 200 morning and 200 night for high anxiety 😢 I know it’s ototoxic but what options I have ?
I'm a bit worried about what you say about micro suction as I'm having that done in three weeks time. I thought the idea was that it might alleviate the tinnitus. What do you mean by "removed by an ENT using manual extraction?" I might have to look into that.
I just wanna say. I've had this awful disorder for 4/5 years and after listening to this for a good while it has managed to quieten down my tinnitus. Thank you 🙏🏻 ❤❤
Just leaving this here. I am on the path of recovery. I start to have more and more good days. some of those days were like as if I didnt have T at all. I need to use sound therepy less and less overtime. Typing this tho made it slightly fade in awareness tho but really minor and easily ignored once i move on. I expect a bunch more spikes. but they are less and less intrusive and the duration is also often shorter. I am getting there, and hope you will get better soon as well. Wish you all the best. and try to stay positive. (not always easy but try to find small things that do make you smile even if its for a second or 2)
@@vinodmeena6876 I got noise induced T due to prolonged exposure to loud sounds. what works for me is to keep being active. especially phycical work. if it too much for one day its okay to hide behind a masking sound. until you can face it again. As I said before is trying to stay positive. T feeds of negativity and you will get pulled into a negative spiral (hardest part by far) For better or worse I Started playing video games. especially fast paced ones. they really take the mind of it for a while as you need to focus your mind on the game instead of your T. Kinda eats away at my social life tho now that my T is backing off A Problem is that you wont see results fast and thats really demoralising. and the fact for me that its not a liniear process get better. for me its feels very random. 1 day good 3 days bad, 4 days good. 1 day bad. 8 days really bad. 3 days good. etc. And I said sound therepy before, I meant playing sound in the background on youtube just below the threshhold of my T. Avoid earbuds and headphones they aggrevate the T after some time (for me at least) Not going to lie. its difficult and it may seem impossible at times. But its possible for your brain to desensitize the T and starts fading away like it was never there. The first time it took me ~5 years to habituate. Second time i messed up at a festival. and took me 1 year to habituate 60%~ less bothersome from where it started. I still expect it to drop even further. Setbacks are part of recovery. dont worry if you had a good period and get hit with a spike. (still annoying tho) One last thing dont set deadlines. You set your self up with dissapointment and dread. Sorry for my incoherrent wall of text. And wish you the best on your path of recovery.

It's totally possible to adjust to tinnitus to the point where you dont even notice it. I'm going through a rough time with it right now but most days I dont even hear it. The trick is to just accept it and try to stay busy and not think about it!
This is not true for everyone, at a certain point of volume and intensity, it can be debilitating. This is where I am now. I won't get into my medical details, but some of us cannot "just ignore" it, it simply isn't possible.

That sound... It's hard to explain the exact feeling of satisfaction and relief it brings. Perhaps the best analogy would be that it's like scratching an itch in my brain that nothing else could scratch. It's like the noise is scratching my mind the way nails scratch the skin, it's quite intriguing! But in the best possible sense!
When my T started, I thought sound was from my old tube tv, until I unplugged it and sound was still there. Oh crap,it’s me! I just use fan or sound video to sleep.

My tinnitus came on about a year and a half ago and it has been absolutely horrible. (Sensitive topic warning), it has been so intense that there have been times I’ve thought of game overing my life. No worries, I’m safe and dealing. It just has been an incredibly difficult road and the audiologist I go to has been so dismissive. “Oh, there’s nothing wrong, it’s just something that happens and you’re in no danger, it’s benign.” I’ve tried many things, nothing makes it stop. For someone with an extreme anxiety and panic disorder, who is already sensitive to loud noises, it is not benign. It is, on some days, crippling and on others it’s just maddening. It’s never quiet anymore. I’m giving this a try with hopes it will help.
Ive had tinnitus constantly since a cycling accident as a child in 1982. I can usually tune it out when busy, but its always there. Im sure the 'Shimmer' will mask it a bit 🤷♀️ My brother developed tinnitus after a bad case of covid and he finds it very difficult to deal with...I hope we all find relief! ❤
as someone who developed tinnitus and have anxiety disorder, something I do is to accept the sound. Dont try to deny it, as soon as you treat it as something that is in your life, maybe you can start to deal properly to it. directly, it does not represent something that can kill you, so it is safe. Hope you can overcome this problem, either if its permanent or if it disappears one day. Remember, anxiety can cause the tinnitus to be a bigger problem than it is and tinnitus can create more anxiety. You have to skip this terrible cycle. i've been there, believe me. You have all the strenght needed to do it, sometimes you just need to understand how to find it
I’ve had tinnitus since my early 30s (67 now) mine sounds more like a high frequency electrical noise this doesn’t cover the sound I have in my head but but is better than actual cricket sounds. I also hope there’s a cure some day but have learned to live with it !
Isn't it weird how we all have different frequencies for this tinnitus? I wonder if its tied to something we dont know yet. Like what if high functioning adhd types hear the electrical version.
I've grown to like my Tinnitus, I had to adopt this approach because the alternative was to go mad. Now I see it as the music of my life. Coming to accept it has changed everything about it for me, It's still there but it's almost like I can't even hear it.
@@monde1208 This story is where I got the idea from and I'll tell you right now - it works. It doesn't bother me at all anymore. During Yuri Gagarin's historic Vostok 1 mission in 1961, a malfunction in the spacecraft's radio transmitter created a relentless, maddening beeping noise. Gagarin, the first human in space, found himself trapped with this relentless sound for what must have felt like an eternity, enduring it for days on end. In this extreme isolation, he described the noise as neither inside his head nor outside, but everywhere and nowhere at once. Remarkably, Gagarin chose to transform this relentless cacophony into a form of music, an act of sheer mental fortitude that helped him maintain his sanity throughout the mission.
I actually know what you mean!!! I did that too and was doing well until recent worsening and now back to beginning again. God help me and I will try my hardest again and re-acclimate. I HAVE TO. ....don't want the crappier options. I'm here to live

I have had insomnia and tinnitus for around 12 years. Insomnia makes it worse sometimes. Plus it is hard to sleep with the noise sometimes. A vicious cycle indeed.
Thank you yet again. You two have made my life easier, I am moving forward in my life because of your information, I wish there was a treble health in Western Australia ❤🙏
Tina, thank you for the kind words. I hope you can find adequate tinnitus specialists in western Aus. For now, the Tinnitus Relief Bundle by Treble Health is only available to individuals in the United States.
This is the ONLY thing that drowns out the ringing. I have sudden spontaneous hearing loss. Steroids, injected steroids and still hearing loss and ringing. Thank you for creating this
My tinnitus is constant and overtakes almost all other noises. It definitely could get frustrating, like being buried alive with no hope of escaping. But, I can breathe. After all these years, I have naturally been able to ignore it. Even when I am conscious of the ringing, it's no big deal. I go on with my life.
I can't thank you enough for the support and good that you have done to bring so much relief to people with this condition through providing all these amazing sound therapies. Bless you and your team, especially that sound man who creates all these wonderful sounds that bring ease and comfort. God bless you. 🙏🙏
This is amazing, I been for the last 5 years having the same issue of tinnitus, no severe symptoms but from time to time with stress and neck pain gets worse. I got to say thanks!!!! This noise is helping me sleep and more. I got better rest and that helps me to have better energy next day. Thanks for sharing this. Blessings for all of you guys.
Wtf!!, I accidentally found this , as I suffer from this background noise, I spent 10 minutes listening to with ear buds, I can honestly say , the noise disappeared , it did return the next day so I spent my working hrs listening to this , & that night I had the most restful nights sleep in years !, I'll definitely carry on with the therapy . Thank you.😉👍
That's fantastic to hear! We're thrilled that the therapy helped you get a restful night's sleep. Consistency can be key, so we hope it continues to bring you relief.
This is a good one…thanks! I have been using the bundle for a few weeks. Sound therapy does give relief and takes your mind off of the T even though it is another sound. I have learned lots of helpful things for living with tinnitus from Dr Mark and the group sessions. Looking forward to the app! Regular hearing aids from my local in person audiologist were $3000, $5000 and $7000 (good, better, best) with a comment that hearing aids “ might help tinnitus some” and no mention of sound therapy or any other direction. When I did further research, I found Treble. My days and nights are improving. Don’t give up!
Pamela, your story is so common and I’m sure others who read this will feel your sincerity. I’m so happy that you’re finding relief with our program, and that we have been able to help improve your tinnitus during daytime, as well as falling asleep at night.

I just got from a party where the music was so loud! My ears are ringing more loud than usual and this helped me a lot!! I’ve never heard complete silence in my life and this is the closest I’ve ever gotten to hearing what silence is.
I am 74 y.o. and have had ringing in my ears since I was thirteen y.o. This sound does seem to mask the ringing. Thank you, I will relax with this video for a while.
@@treblehealth Love it. I use white, pink, and brown noise every day, when I make music. Many of my drum sounds foundations are made from it. I also use it elsewhere. In fact, I just got Roland's tiny AIRA S-1 synthesizer, which is based upon Rolands legendary synth the SH-101, which has been used by many great artists, for decades, in part because one of it's oscillators is just white noise, which is mixed together in varying amounts, with a square, a sawtooth, and a sub-oscillator. Noise is powerful, used in the foundation of a synth sound. 😎
All ya need to make a snare sound, right there! Now just use an LFO to gently sweep a band pass filter over the voice at random medium-slow speed, and it suddenly also has a human feel on the strike strength.@@zedudli
Last night sleeping with this for first time. I woke up naturally without alarm & no joke laying in the exact position as when I went to sleep. I am normally all over the bed. I’ll wake up horizontal & pillows all on the floor. I also usually wake every two to three hours. This SHIMMER is my new night sleep med. It honestly never occurred to me that the constant buzzing in my ear was the culprit to my horrible sleep patterns. Thank you🙏🏽
I can remember the Cicadas being so loud years ago that I couldn’t hear people talking when we were outside dodging them 17 year little monster invasion. This late emergence was the same in numbers only difference is I could hardly hear them due to the tinnitus and it has gotten worse over the years. Thank you for this it is so refreshing and relaxing for a good nights sleep.
I see a lot of comments that tinnitus is the worst. But it is not. There are lots of far worst things out there. Lets encourage one another who are in the same situation i know its a struggle. But its not the end. We are overcome this. We can live above this. And have a normal happy life. Just look at chris martin of cold play or keanu reeves. They have it but they are succesful people. God bless
I have to agree so far because I am actually killing my ears and worsening my tinnitus in order to mask sounds that trigger me due to having misophonia (adverse reactions to certain sounds) which means that I would rather have tinnitus and it getting worse, than experience a misophonia trigger. I just hope that I can address both of these issues one day and find relief from them both.
This is the first Sound that really helps me to completely ignore my tinnitus and I can finf my sleep. After listening to it, it feels like my tinnitus starts to relax too and it's not that loud as before. Thank you so very much for giving me a little bit of peace 😊🙏
I'm thrilled to hear that the sound therapy has made a positive impact on your experience with tinnitus, allowing you to find peaceful sleep. My tinnitus doesn't sound Iike crickets. Mine sounds like Cicadas,
However, I've been using your videos as a self help I have not been to a Dr for any actual diagnosis.
You know, people might be more willing to put these videos in their playlists if someone wasn't talking at the beginning, but you do you

Thanks!
@jessicacastell2099 very helpful comment I'm hoping for the same mine can dissappear one day and come back strong the next

Jesajude. I relate. It’s unbearable! It never stops! I’ve had it about 15 years...every second of the day..

I'm glad that you have found relief. Just be aware that medically deafening yourself does not get rid of tinnitus. "While tinnitus may seem to occur in your ear, the phantom sounds are instead generated by your brain, in an area called the auditory cortex."

Incredible comment.
Same for me 😢
Why does it help you to hear an audio of the same sound you hear with your tinnitus? I hear loud, high pitched whistle/cricket sounds and I don’t like to listen to cricket sounds because it just makes it double annoying. Instead, I listen to videos with the opposite sounds. So for me, it helps to listen to low pitch sounds like the noise a tractor makes when going over rocks (trrrrrrr). It cancels the high pitch noise in my head. I honestly can't believe this works for me! I have tried so many "maskers," but none have ever worked. My tinnitus is far worse in my left ear (years of skeet shooting before ear protection was really a thing), and it is an extremely high-pitched ringing noise. I had minor tinnitus for a period of 3 months in 2021 and these sound therapy videos were an exemplary help! Thankfully it was just a wax issue and once I had it all sucked out, my hearing was back to normal!
Does your tinittus gone

You lucky bastard
Do yourself a favor and don’t blare music in the car for 2 years
This really helped me sleep last night. My tinnitus just kept getting louder & turning this on over my Bluetooth speaker was such a relief.
Glad it helped you, Mads! Be well. 😊
bluetooth and other wireless tech makes my tinnitus louder!
Im 14 and ive had tinnitus for a long time now, i am hoping to one day hear actual silence
I hope you so too. Its not funny

I’m going to try this. My tinnitus has been with me for years but it’s become worse over the last couple of weeks and the less sleep I have the worse it is to live with. There’s something very soothing to to sound.
Best of luck! 😊
@@treblehealth Thank you
I just looked at this website about a day ago. 😀
THIS SOUND IS EXACTLY WHAT MY TINNITUS SOUNDS LIKE!!!!
Have u tried other noises? Like Brown noise, blueberry noise, white noise....etc.
@@Dancin2smile yeah, those colored noises do work well.
Yeah same here ,it's exactly the same

i have had tinnitus since an explosion in viet nam that i experienced, found that the sound of crickets works the best
I had a 2 month ear/sinus infection that made my tinnitus much much louder. This video really helped endure it and sleep. Thanks!
Did it calm down again? Ive got a sinus issue now and my tinnitus has got louder and its unbearable😢
This is the first sound I have found that truly masks my tinnitus. I have tried hundreds. I have found that each week I can turn the volume down a little more and still find relief.
We're thrilled to hear this sound is truly masking your tinnitus and that you're finding relief! Thank you for sharing your experience.
Knocked the harshness off, I’ll be playing it through tonight 👍🏼
Best of luck!
@@Michael7777777ismI find prayer incredibly helpful too! Takes my mind of what's going on in the natural. God's amazing 😍
(not always easy but try to find small things that do make you smile even if its for a second or 2)
What helped u to recover
@@vinodmeena6876
I got noise induced T due to prolonged exposure to loud sounds.
what works for me is to keep being active.
especially phycical work.
if it too much for one day its okay to hide behind a masking sound. until you can face it again.
As I said before is trying to stay positive.
T feeds of negativity and you will get pulled into a negative spiral (hardest part by far)
For better or worse I Started playing video games. especially fast paced ones. they really take the mind of it for a while as you need to focus your mind on the game instead of your T. Kinda eats away at my social life tho now that my T is backing off
A Problem is that you wont see results fast and thats really demoralising. and the fact for me that its not a liniear process get better. for me its feels very random.
1 day good 3 days bad, 4 days good. 1 day bad. 8 days really bad. 3 days good. etc.
And I said sound therepy before, I meant playing sound in the background on youtube just below the threshhold of my T.
Avoid earbuds and headphones they aggrevate the T after some time (for me at least)
Not going to lie. its difficult and it may seem impossible at times.
(still annoying tho)
One last thing dont set deadlines. You set your self up with dissapointment and dread.
Sorry for my incoherrent wall of text.
And wish you the best on your path of recovery.
How long have you suffered? Pls let me know.
@@vicvic1892 2 years really bad, 1,5 years as an annoyance and now almost 1 year almost free of it.

I didn’t get tinnitus till late in life and I have been trying to live with it for many years now this app gives a moment of relief for which I am grateful..👏👏👏
It's totally possible to adjust to tinnitus to the point where you dont even notice it. I'm going through a rough time with it right now but most days I dont even hear it. The trick is to just accept it and try to stay busy and not think about it!
Yeah when I was busy and enjoying life I completely forgot I even had it then when I’m not doing a lot and not doing good it’s 10x bad
This is not true for everyone, at a certain point of volume and intensity, it can be debilitating.
This is where I am now. I won't get into my medical details, but some of us cannot "just ignore" it, it simply isn't possible.
@@Allen-hg2hu yeah mine isnt too bad, i low eee most of the day with a bit higher during the night annoying especially durign the night when nothings goign on but not debilitating. even at my level while i can easily cope with it like a bad headache i can definetly imagine how it could be debilitating

Anxiety hit when another tone of tinnitus entered the party… played this while going for a 3am walk… proper breathing… I was able to beat it… stay strong everyone!!!!
That sound... It's hard to explain the exact feeling of satisfaction and relief it brings. Perhaps the best analogy would be that it's like scratching an itch in my brain that nothing else could scratch.
Did it help? I hope so!
You have all the strenght needed to do it, sometimes you just need to understand how to find it
I have felt the same way of the overing. I'm not going to, but at times its loud. :(

Like what if high functioning adhd types hear the electrical version.
my tinnitus is high pitched aswell im really struggling atm with it it is severely affecting my mental health
Thank you 🙏 I have been living w/this this for 34 yrs. They say there is no cure but I believe the body can heal itself.. still searching
This brought the tinnitus noise level down within a minute. It also changed the pitch.
I've grown to like my Tinnitus, I had to adopt this approach because the alternative was to go mad. Now I see it as the music of my life. Coming to accept it has changed everything about it for me, It's still there but it's almost like I can't even hear it.
That’s a great idea

Glad you like it, DMS. It's made for you 🙂
@@treblehealth Love it. 😎

God bless
This may not be the worst thing out there but it is for sure the worst thing I am experiencing.
