This certainly gives the brain something else to focus on, instead of the tinnitus... I find the sound of thunder & lightning in a torrent of rain somewhat therapeutic...!
Thanks for introducing new tips, tricks and techniques Dr. Ben. The tinnitus community is fortunate to have your help .😊
AGREE 💯%..YOU ARE A GOD-SEND!! Have had this, for over 40 yrs...& sometimes, usually upon waking..ITS THRU THE ROOF!!
That's a nice one. Crickets work best for me.
Probably the best one for me so far . It cuts out the high pitched squeal in my right ear enough that I can atleast fall asleep . Thank you for this
Agreed. It was really loud tonight. Turned this on and found I took a deep breath. Didn’t know how shallow I was breathing until then.
This is the best sound therapy yet! I listen to it while sleeping and it gives me relief all day. It’s not until I get into bed at night and everything is quiet that I notice my tinnitus. Such a relief. Thank you thank you
Except for the highest frequencies this is the closest match to my tinnitus I've ever heard, really good masking. Thank you!
Move to WA state and leave your window open a crack at night when you sleep; and hear all the rain you want...late fall, winter and spring..
God bless you
Iwant ti go away for ever
Look more into tinnitus acceptance and tinnitus habituation. It CAN “go away” just like you wearing a hat all day “goes away” from your mind.
We got this.
I use cinnamon noise to sleep...but tinnitus doesn't go away, it is just masked by other ambient nouses.
Thank you for producing a lovely crickets and rain recording!
This is perfect! Listening to this through my headphones sounds just like my T, so when I turn it off it feels like it's so much less intense.
This is great. Much better than the one in my hearing aids. TY!
You're welcome 😊
Thank you for this video, this is the only one I’ve come across that relieves the tinnitus completely while I’m listening to the video
Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that our video provides relief for your tinnitus. 😊

I love the thunder in this…!
Thank you - this is a great one!
You're very welcome! Glad you liked it.
Mine just started, and I didn't know what i was going to do to sleep, and this helped me 100%. I can't thank you enough.
We're so glad to hear you found relief with this video. Stay consistent with using the sound therapy below the volume of your tinnitus. We wish you continued relief in your habituation journey!

This one matches the tinnitus I get at times.Crackling!
This is nice.
This is the best one for me so far. Had it at lowest volume on phone and was soothing for falling asleep.
Thank you! I ❤
You're welcome 😊
Thunder and rain my favorite
OMG ,this really works. My brain was sore, and this was so relaxing. Please tell me how you can help me....I want this sound to follow me everywhere.

Good for relief
Hey there. My tinnitus was caused by machine gun fire without ear protection when I was in the military. after target practice, ears blocked until a day later and then I had the tinnitus. so even when a vehicle moves abruptly it hisses in time with the movement over and above the usual hissing. My noise is like the high frequency static noise the old CRT TV's used to make, only 'louder'. It also comes with pain in the ear, and volume goes up for a few days if i hear a loud sound. Usually the sound of crickets causes pain especially cicala. Mine is so bad even sea waves and rain cause pain in the ear.
@treblehealth thank you for this. If I listen to this lower to my T will it be consider sound therapy habituation (TRT)?
That's pretty much all it is. You can get sound therapy for free and actual therapy for cheap. No need to shell out 1000s of pounds. Ear masking devices are grotesquely overpriced based on their quality.
Yes, that is correct! We want to listen to sound therapy below the volume of our tinnitus.

Bone conduction headphones have been very helpful to me
Hi, I suffered sensorineural sudden hearing loss in my right ear 6 weeks ago, leaving me totally deaf in that ear, but left me with raging tinnitus and BPPV. Such a life changing thing to come to terms with. Sometimes the tinnitus is unbearable. Makes it hard to hear with my good ear.
You need to go to an ENT Doctor asap !

That means I have to ruen it off....it has so long since I have had any relief. I want to just enjoy the calm for a few minutes...
Dr Ben when you will announce the successful treatment of tinnitus
Unfortunately No cure full stop 🛑.
@@mrSbig20the Susan shore device by all accounts (and actual tests)should work. Also potassium channel openers are further down the pipeline. In theory those should work too.
@@mrSbig20 Susan shore actually has promising results of 60% to 75% reductions with placebo controlled testing

You're welcome!
i cannot hear this BG sound with my left ear which has tinnitus. I can hear voice but not the background sound.
I wish there were more things like this for low tone buzzing. Mine is so low it almost feels physical like a bass drum inside my ear. Feels like actual vibration.
Thank you, Dr. Ben...should we listen with or without our Hearing Aids on??
You can listen with your hearing aids on. Make sure the volume is soft but audible and that you are not masking the tinnitus
Nice but I want it GONE! 😐
If it's gone, then you are no longer alive.
@@williamolenchenko5772mine will be gone while I’m alive. Trust.
@@williamolenchenko5772 Damn that was a reality check ! If you only knew what loud noise would do to your ears before you ended up with Tinnitus...
Me too. More needs to be done. Awful affliction.
@williamolenchenko5772 thar isn't a positive comment. I want this high pitch sound gone as well. I'm wondering if I need Cvac therapy! I'm going to look into that. My ears got worse in 2021. Maybe 5G power lines?
Ty! Do you have a version without the constant thunder?
ruclips.net/video/sfqkEsm_cbk/видео.html&ab_channel=NatureSleepSerenity
The Tinnitus Chirp sound therapy track is similar without the thunder sounds. Here's the link: ruclips.net/video/QORzMgi6pus/видео.html Enjoy!
Hey, love the video! Just wanted to ask: Is this okay to play for extended periods of time? I found it useful for when I was going to sleep. I played it at the lowest volume on my iPad, and had it on my bedside table. However, I woke up twice, and have noticed that my Tinnitus was more loud. Fortunately, it’s back to normal, but it this of concern?
You can use it for extended periods of time as long as it is at a volume where you can still hear your tinnitus. Was the sound therapy off when you woke up and noticed your tinnitus being louder? if it was off, the tinnitus might have sounded louder due to the quietness of the room
@@treblehealth Thank you for the reply, and the confirmation!
Yeah, it was off by the time I woke up which was probably why
Also please upload this 10hour audio to Spotify, it would mean so much 🙏
When is this one getting on your spotify?! 🙏
Soon! Stay tuned :)
this would be great for me except for the thunder, it kept jump scaring me in my sleep.
Feel free to explore our channel for other sound therapy options. The ReSound Tinnitus Relief app is a great resource as well.
For how long and often per day is required?
You can decide how long you spend listening to it, you can listen as long as you want. Typically, patients will use sound therapy consistently (during all waking hours) for up to 18 months or until habituation has been reached.
If i use this at a lower volume than my tinnitus, would this be considered as TRT?
Using it at a lower volume than your tinnitus would be considered sound therapy. If you're interested in receiving TRT, please use this link to schedule a complimentary telehealth consultation and talk to one of our tinnitus experts. We're here to help! treble.health/free-consultation
Dr Ben...how many hours a day do you do this therapy? Can you successfully recover?
We typically recommend a minimum of 6 hours during the day however, we recommend striving for using sound therapy during all waking hours. Many people habituate to tinnitus within 18 months, if not sooner.
👏
I don't understand why the ears inside are ringing??

Make sure you do not wet your bed!
Hahaha, way, way too loud can't adjust lower on my phone.
Someday i hope medicine will make
this one makes ,mine worst :(
I'm really sorry to hear that our video worsened your tinnitus. You might find relief by trying other sound therapy tracks. It's often a trial and error process to find what works best for you.
Yes not very good for mine but there are some which do help.
