Found your channel yesterday and today I did this warm-up really liked it and will absolutely stick with this one for a while, had to modify one of them because of injury in a shoulder and neck

Erst am der Wand ,
dann an der Küchenplatte... Jeweils 30 kein Thema. Aber vom liegen abstützen, hochkommen. Keine Chance.🙄
Ich freue mich über einen Tipp. 🙌🏻
Mach weiterhin Liegestützen auf den Knien oder arbeite dich langsam Richtung boden :)

9:40 meine Hüften fühlen sich an ob die Sehne über das Gelenk flitscht. Weiß nicht wie ich es anders beschreiben kann. Ich mache seit 2 Monaten allgemeine Mobilitätsübungen besonders fur die Hüfte, aber dieses Geräusch/ Gefühl bleibt und ist auch unangenehm. Hast du vielleicht einen Tipp?
