This is great. I’m 57 and feel I inspired by seeing your mum! Only thing that I would suggest is to describe the next moves in the breaks. It would really help those of us who need glasses and also help with form. Thanks!
I completely agree with your comment. This is a great session and I loved doing it but had to press pause put my glasses on watch get the move into my body and than go. Burn thankyou for uploading this. Love the breakdown. 😊
I agree! Did my workout outside and it’s very hard to see exactly what’s coming next. Even a slightly slower explanation would help 😊. Nonetheless, enjoyed it!
I’m 52 with left hip replacement. Normally just run a couple of 5k to keep fit. Just did this beginner workout and managed ok. Look forward to trying more workouts at beginners level.
This is the best beginner friendly bodyweight workout there is! Easy to follow from first watch and breaks sweat instantly🫡.I’m gonna do it before my bjj sessions, because i need extra warm up at 50 years old😂 !!!!

Great workouts, I sure wish there was a PC based video app or website. the iOS on app on my phone screen is to small to see the detail of your moves. Especially while doing the workouts.

hello leo! thank you for this video, I've been working out on weightlifting constantly for 2 years now, but with this workout I feel dizzy, even got some nausea, the same ones I have when doing dips :( I stopped doing them because it got really nasty. I would like to be able to be better at your movements so... any clue what I'm doing wrong?
So this looks easy and beneficial, but with no instructions or modifications its frustrating. Would you coach someone and not tell them what to do or what muscles should be engaged with the activity? What if your flexibility does not allow the move, what is the alternative? This needs more information please....

Love your channel! I do wonder if the paid app has verbal instructions. This was too difficult to keep up with exactly what was being done.

OMG I did for 16minutes!! Only misses 2 forms using one hand😮
My wrists can not take 2 of the exercises. The ones you are on your back raising your hips and touching your ankle. How can I improve that?
