I'm Leo, I'm a movement & fitness coach.

Hi Leo, im looking to purchase your app, can i build muscle on your app or is it only for losing weight and gettin toned ??
It all goes together - movement tones your body and builds lean muscle to meet the challenges you put to it, your metabolism goes up and your weight goes down, inevitably. (No quick fix, just put in the time and changes happen gradually.)
