I’m Leandro Fornito, and movement has been my passion for as long as I can remember.
After dedicating 15 years to football, I discovered breakdancing and acrobatics. This opened my eyes to the incredible potential of the human body in motion. Inspired by this, I got inspired to learn from various coaches and made movement not just my practice but my way of life.
Now, I help others unlock the full potential of their bodies and become better movers. My focus is on building strength, enhancing mobility, mastering new skills, and exploring the limitless possibilities of what we can achieve with our own bodies.

Looks like it’s all of us ladies in our 50s who are trying Leo’s workout. This was intense but fun. I’m feeling inspired by watching the video of Leo and his parents yesterday. His Mom, who should be near 60, looks fabulous and was fast and efficient in her moves.

Love that!!! Yes, Sir!!! Switched from your 10 and 15 min routines and did your 2025 first 35min routine of the year. Recovering now. My butt has never worked out that hard!!!😆 That is a great set!!! Challenging a little but so good! 💪🙏😘❤️🤸♀️

With every workout I get stronger. Every time i am able to do one more move. Even if its not correct all the way. At least now I can finally attempt.
At 51 I just completed this. I love that the moves are complex but also easy to follow and challenging! It was good for my mind was working as much as my muscles
