I'm Leo, I'm a movement & fitness coach.
Departing from the traditional route of fitness, I train and educate people in unlocking the movement potential of their body. Including a variety of styles, such as calisthenics, breakletics, breakdancing, acrobatics, gymnastics and functional training, I work as a personal trainer and fitness coach.
