Guys, this is insane! All I've committed to do was 1 workout daily from Leo. I am 2 month in, just got sick so I just did some mobility and stretching today, mind you I never did streches and such before, and I'm far from being flexible. After 2 month of doing these workouts not only am I in the best shape I've been in BUT I almost did the splits today, randomly, I am shocked to my core!

I'm happy this popped up on my feed. I'm a little old granny needing to rehab my broken down body. I know it will be a long road, but it's the most affordable health insurance I can think of at this point. Calisthenics seems to be the right direction vs going to a gym and doing isolated weight lifting exercises. I've been in healthcare long enough to see that people can quickly lose the ability to do basic ADLs ( activities of daily living). Thank you for the video.

Well done. Our bodies go through such a lot with having children. I'm 50 and in the same boat. Keep going. My personal aim is just to be a bit fitter and less "squishy". I'll have a think about getting some kettlebells, having read your comment. Thank you.

The pacing is fast (10 seconds between exercises) and maintaining correct form at this pace is a surprising challenge! I have been looking for something to do on breaks while at work, and this one is perfect!

Oh man, 20 minutes... Wow. Great workout!!!! Most of the time you are in the air with only one leg and one hand down on the ground.. Great athletic workout. You don't have time to realize you are tired, Leo just doesn't stop.. super awesome

I agree. Most guys talk 5 minutes before, sometimes even longer to explain what they are about to do, making the video unnecessarily long.

Great keep in mind flexibility isn't necessary ultimate sign of health, decent challenges are good sign of mental physical health.
