    what i appreciated is the fact that the workout started within 6 seconds of the video. Good workout bro.

      I agree. Most guys talk 5 minutes before, sometimes even longer to explain what they are about to do, making the video unnecessarily long.

    Guys, this is insane!
    All I've committed to do was 1 workout daily from Leo. I am 2 month in, just got sick so I just did some mobility and stretching today, mind you I never did streches and such before, and I'm far from being flexible. After 2 month of doing these workouts not only am I in the best shape I've been in BUT I almost did the splits today, randomly, I am shocked to my core!

      @@andreapearson4180 I did a workout from his youtube channel every day, did not use the app (am planning to soon though), not necessarily the same one over and over again bc it was more fun to pick one each day

      Great keep in mind flexibility isn't necessary ultimate sign of health, decent challenges are good sign of mental physical health.

    I'm happy this popped up on my feed. I'm a little old granny needing to rehab my broken down body. I know it will be a long road, but it's the most affordable health insurance I can think of at this point. Calisthenics seems to be the right direction vs going to a gym and doing isolated weight lifting exercises. I've been in healthcare long enough to see that people can quickly lose the ability to do basic ADLs ( activities of daily living). Thank you for the video.

    Reminds me of working out with my Brazilian friends back in the day. Proud to be a female over 50 and still keep up with this. Feeling good! I’m going to try to do this every day. Dang, now I need some water. Thanks a million for the motivation!

    at nearly 52 i am working towards being in the best shape of my life after having put on 20kg after kids. I am loving your short and challenging workouts along with yoga and kettlebells - thank you so much

      Well done. Our bodies go through such a lot with having children. I'm 50 and in the same boat. Keep going. My personal aim is just to be a bit fitter and less "squishy". I'll have a think about getting some kettlebells, having read your comment. Thank you.

    Hi everyone! Before starting this workout, I quickly reviewed the exercises and thought this would be a piece of cake. Well, I was wrong! The pacing is fast (10 seconds between exercises) and maintaining correct form at this pace is a surprising challenge! I have been looking for something to do on breaks while at work, and this one is perfect!

    This is so great! Its my morning routine. I get to 10 mins then have to stop. Gunna work my way up to the 20 mins but it def gets my heart going. Thank you!

    Oh man, 20 minutes... Wow. Great workout!!!! Most of the time you are in the air with only one leg and one hand down on the ground.. Great athletic workout. You don't have time to realize you are tired, Leo just doesn't stop.. super awesome

    This was great. You got right into it before I had a chance to rethink and back out! haha. It's first thing in the morning here in rainy Glasgow in Scotland. I only just found your channel. Loving your calming presence and voice (hope that makes sense. I hate being "shouted at" in workouts).
