..and thanks Jeff!... for yet another fantastic night to remember! Видеоклипы
How on Earth can the Irish create such happiness through the reels and jigs at celidhs the same time create such heart rending melancholy in their laments. Oh how I love Ireland and the Irish.
Dia dhaoibh Éire.
I was at this concert, front row center with my brother who helped me through chemo last year. It was my "thank you" present to him and we both flew from Canada to be there. This piece moved us both to another place; thank you so much for recording and posting!
one of the greatest guitar 🎸 players ever may he RIP the brilliant Jeff beck.
The only guitarist in the world who cannot only mimic the human voice but he can mimic the violin are you kidding me what a master. This song is so beautiful and beautifully played.
My three cats love this beautiful song. The haunting violin has them hypnotized. Beyond beautiful says this Irish lass.
I saw and met Jeff Beck in Westport Ct USA at the local high school (Staples) when I was dragged to a concert to hear The Yardbirds.I went in dedicated to folk only and came out a changed man(boy). We packed their amps, etc and Jimmy Page was also there. We talked with the band for about 20 minutes .I had no idea who I was talking to.This was summer of 1966 and I was 14
0 what a Lucky Man you are!
Pretty fuckn cool! Got to see him at Kingdome in Seattle with Jan Hammer! I had a pretty good idea who he was! The shit! And he do bring it!
Unbelievably good music that will always give me shivers. The passing of years will never diminish the quality of this performance.
Jeff Beck is just a guitar god, and Sharon is as always Amazing
Respect to Jeff Beck. I was expecting him to monopolise the song to show off his talents as most 'guitar heros' would have done but no, he managed to fit his playing into the song. A beautiful performance by all!
Another throat-tightening performance by Beck, the GOAT !
I was there not fifty feet away from Sharon and it was a spellbinding moment and a great concert by the genius who could make a guitar sing like anything he wanted included Pavarotti
This song is simply sublime.
*Changed the way we listen . . .*
No way 2 say more

Light the cosmic firmament
Playin’ 4 eternity in the celestial band . . .
Jeff Beck
...the mutual bow at the beginning...such respect for each others playing. so beautiful.
Quite simply the most beautiful thing i've ever heard. The most beautiful melody ever.
I love it when Jeff starts his bit. Banging his head as if to say" how can i follow that?"..... and then he follow's it.
Never get fed up with watching this...
If Jeff's There its always Fantastic
what a life Jeff has lived
That's very dream like like. Some music conveys feeling without words.
before all things... jeff is a gentleman ...modest... the corr sisters are magic bro too
Beautiful performance!
...sorry you lost your brother,i know how you feel,i lost two in two years... time marches on,remember the good times and cry when ever you feel like it!
Jeff moves out of the spotlight before Sharon Corr starts her part, a true gentleman.
So true. He always steps to the side when he's on stage and it's there part. Humble artist
My dear brother Fraser and I had always wanted to see Jeff Beck live and we eventually got to see him on this night at the Albert Hall. A fantastic night of music from the greatest guitarist ever. So glad we got to see him before my brother passed away in the summer of this year. This brings a tear to my eye now to think we both were there listening to it.....
Good to be able to recall special times together, eh...
Breath-taking!!!
Fantastic
And that is Londonderry in the USA....so glad she is touring here!!

I need to get my Gaelic on.
Jeff can and does play along with all of them.
Sharon plays this so sweetly.
Does eleventy count?
Beautiful stuff.
Class all the way through. yep.
That is fine music.
One of the many reasons I have all Jeffs Vinyl. This was his best rendition of the beautiful song.
Always takes my soul where it needs to be completely free
So beautifult for me, it sent shivers thru my body. Bles you for posting this. it is perfection defined.
Jeff's da man. Sharon's gr8 too. ty
Absolutely beautiful. Bringing me to tears.❤
One of my all time favorites and beautifully done
Beautiful ❗Jeff Beck can play with anyone and make it work 🎸🎶🎵
I don't think Leo had any idea how the Fender would do when he designed it. Jeff Beck knew when he played the Fender - it was a match made in heaven
Simply amazing! :)
This is so special. RIP Jeff Beck.
Song makes me emotional
Oh! Yes! I remember seeing this video! It's beautiful!!
Beautiful, we are going see Sharon at the Tupelo Music Hall in Londonderry, NH on Sunday night, front row......thank you for posting.
Your going to see her in DERRY
So good together, and I love the flowers sprouting from the Bass Drum,Peace ,love ,out.
So often the attention is on Lead Singer and whistle player Andrea Corr although her three siblings, Caroline on drums, Sharon on fiddle and Michael on guitars are equally as immensely talented.
Beautiful..........................................I like it a lot............Thanks for sharing your video.
Amazing, it is truly astonishing that Jeff just gets better and better. It NEVER is this way with any artist. It's inspiring and shows that as long as you are passionate about what you do you can grow.
Agreed. well said friend
@basilvictorhomer ..thanks for your kind comment!.. I recently switched from a Bill Gates to a Mac and Final Cut software and have posted recent vid`s in 16.9 just for a change so to speak... i use a TZ7 which, all things considered, is a crackin peice of titchy kit! ;-)
I’d happily die listening to this.
so moving.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful masterpiece! Wow!
RIP Beck!
Excellent. Thanks for posting.
@omegalast800 And you as well! Please know that the concert marks the 1st anniversary of finishing my program of chemotherapy treatment. So it was not only a thank you gift to my loving brother, but also a celebration of LIFE! I'm so glad you were there! The very best to you always.
beautiful...great!!!!!
All good day !!!
Beautiful music. Jeff just takes it to his own place as rockers go. Thanks for the very nice video, not near as hot as the last time we saw him.
SUPER, i like it
Beautiful music. Quality video, as per usual, Pete. Thanks!!
It's called fusion...this examplifies, JB interest and exploring 40+ years.
I think this melody is in the Kubrick film "Barry Lyndon" and is called "Women of Ireland."
Mna na h'Eirann is Irish for women of Ireland :-0
AWESOME!!1
@peakins1 ..your welcome!...wish you and your Brother much peace, love, health and happiness!
not watched it in a while. what was i thinking? :)
@omegalast800 Thanks for the info. Amazed such a small cam can deliver videos like that.
I too have switched to a Mac but am unimpressed with iMovie so will very likely cough up for Final Cut now.
najs, thanks
@AdieJ62 ...your welcome and thankyou too!
@omegalast800 it means if your video aspect ratio is 4:3 (height 4, width 3) and you want to resize, you must preserve 4:3. so the people wont look squashed when u put it in a wide-screen canvas in FCP. you if want to capture widescreen you should set your camera into taking 16:9 pictures, so it is the same ratio when u put it in FCP. hope that helps:)
@AnjektusStudio ..its a Panasonic TZ7....thanks!
NOTE for fans: When Syd Barret mad, Roger Waters wanted to hire Jeff Beck to be the guitarist of Pink Floyd, but they thought that they could not afford it. Then invited David Gilmour. Believe it or not.
I've posted my own clip of this same performance but am delighted to acknowledge that yours is comfortably superior both in sound and picture quality (despite the latter being slightly distorted - did you have to convert from a different ratio by any chance?).
Thanks for posting - much appreciated.
PS: May I ask which cam you used? Been trying to find a high quality cam for gigs for some time.
@500ncb ...thanks for the tip!..not that i fully understand what you mean lol!
@omegalast800 hi you should preserve actual pixel ratio more than anything else. dint matter you using mac or pc. but anyway thanks for the video. its a killer performance.
@500ncb ...ahhh!...know what you mean..sorry!...thanks for the reply!
What have you used to record. What is the brand that ypu are using
I have a 4 year old JVC and I are going to buy a new.
But I cant deside what to buy and yuor recording look nice
it's like only Beck could not ruin this with the violin.
Fantastic music, both are superstars, anyone know who the drummer is? I like his flamboyant style.
John C ...Narada Michael Walden...
Thanks omegalast800
Omega is correct.
Wow my hair on my skin were standing...
@Drummer1Bodhran1 Yes,
Iif they consider to reform again, then a relly think that they sculd make a DVD whit Beck as a geust stair.
This schuld bee in the set list
Now you know why.
Okej
@omegalast800 okej
I would love to hear Sharon and Steve Vai play this same song
Alternatively Sharon and Joe Satriani!!
Sometimes the talent is not in view
