    Good one; I am trying different workouts and love everyone! My son starts basketball in November, I think I will start working out during practice and maybe get other parents working out too! I will just play your workouts and get fit instead of sitting around on those uncomfortable bleachers. Thank you for the motivation and God bless you! 😊

    Dear Caroline, I'm 65 years old and I have MS. It's been so hard to muster the strength to exercise (and I used to be an athlete!). This workout is so wonderful. My balance is off but I can do most of this without much modification. It's just the right amount of difficulty for me as I work to gain more strength and the ten minutes is just right too. Thank. you so much for bringing this to the world. It's making a big difference in my life. Many blessings!

    Thank you for these short workouts to break up the monotony of the sedentary lifestyle. I am trying to packing in one or two a day in addition to a longer workout with my work-from-home lifestyle. To a stronger and healthier 2022!

    Very nice, approachable but effective 10 min. Forgot how much I appreciate lateral lunges. Upper inner thighs need that stretch! Didn't even realize it! Thank you!

    That was great but I could use some advice. I know you were a dancer. I am trying to improve my pointe work, especially rising on one leg up to pointe. I’m not strong enough to push all the way up. I’ve been doing your butt, quads and hamstring strengthening videos, and they are great. I feel strong. And yet I still can’t rise to pointe on one leg. Which muscles should I focus on?

    I like your videos and your whole training approach. I would like them even better if you used a microphone. :-) Your voice comes quite high pitched and is sometimes difficult to understand (especially for non-native speakers I guess). Greetings from Hamburg, Germany
