I have a 24 year old autistic son. He is on some strong medications and has gained a significant amount of weight. He usually hates exercise, but he did this with me. Part way through he stopped and said, "Well she is very supportive!" He made it through and told me he would do this again! VICTORY!!! Please make more workouts like this! It was perfect!

You don't know how much that means to someone who was told I'd spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair! I don't even walk with a cane anymore after I used it for years! This video has been life changing. We have been doing it for one month and we found it to be very helpful. After exercising we feel more energized and mentally able to handle issues that they arise. We do this video in combination with one of the 5 minute stretch videos. We have noticed our posture is better and we are starting to tone up. Caroline's positive attitude and encouragement each morning is fun to listen to. She is right, it is only 8 minutes and you can always find 8 minutes in your day to exercise. We would love to see more of these videos.

I started doing this 8 min daily routine exercises from March 2023. I really like how Ms Caroline keeps me engaged throughout the whole workout. When I came across this video I was coming out of a negative phase in my life. For the first 4 days of the daily exercise I would burst out crying when she said ' can you give it your all'.coz till then I thought my life was empty and there is nothing there to give.. I gave my energy into this exercise and within a week's time I actually started noticing a change in my perception towards life. I am still a work in progress but this video helped me a lot. It has become my daily mantra of positivity.. my daily dose of Medicine. Thanks Ms Caroline for this video and for being your authentic You!! Thanks for making me feel alive!!

Great workout! I've been battling fibromyalgia and these short low impact workouts have made me more flexible that I have been on several years. These mini workouts are so doing in a busy life! I've done consistently for the past 30 days and am really starting to see results.

Caroline I have been doing this exercise everyday for four months and I was achieving results in the areas you said it woukl work it did until last night, i woke up with tightin the hip area which is odd becauae before i went to bed everything was relaxed and fitting properly no tightness and i worked away the fat, i have been exercising everyday since feb 2023 and average people get results in 140 days not me i got nothing over 500 days of work and this was the first results i ever achieved only to have them demolished in one night, hopefully this is just an off day. i workout with you even through sore feet and tears and im not giving up ill keep going because my pants were comfortable and i know they wont be this tight and awful in the hip leg region since they were not before last night when i slept.

I will combine with other stretching and strengthening routines that I have to put in at least 30 min exercise every day, and will let you know how it goes. Your enthusiasm makes me smile.
You are great! I found you after I hurt my ankle and I really got a lot out of it. Now I have plantar fasciitis and I dont want to slow my progress so I'm doing this and its great! One of the things I really love about your approach is that you are positive without being cheesy. I really believe that you want the best for your viewers! This works great, like you mwntioned try for 30 daya, 60 days, 90 days and I have been for more than that and never getting bored.I felt my body being energized and my weight loss happening slowly yet consistently and then I was maintaining it until this morning.
