Salt and pepper chicken that is delicious and simple to make

Salt and pepper chicken uses a spice mix which is simple to make and can be used for many things from chicken, to chips. Salty and spicy it is perfect after a few beers. It's very simple to make and the mix will keep literally forever in an airtight container.

You can use the mix for this for literally anything. It's great on French fries as well. I only put a small amount of chilli in the mix so that you can add fresh chillis in when stir frying at the same time as the peppers. :)
