It's depend on where you lived. Last couple months ago, I got a deal lower one was $23500. Some dealers they are not want to call you.

Landmark Honda in VA provided $22k for 2018 Base model. Add 900 for destination fee, 500 for appearance package and approx 200-300 for DC DVM title fee. OTD price was $23.5k-24k.
