    Thank u so much sir .this exercise is really effective for me ...i had this type of pain since one mnth n m just 24 year old..n my cervicolumbar scoliosis surgery done when i m 15 yr in hardikar hospital pune ...i think that i had this pain becoz of my surgery ..my any of mettalic hardware get slipped ..i m so afraid of it..but i hav seen your video n tried this exercise ..i hav relief from pain in just 2 days...this exercise is really effective ..before doing ur exercise i took pain killer gabapentin for 1 mnth ..but now i hv no need of painkiller

    Today is the 5th day to me ,doing this exercise , and I am very very happy . I would like to explain my problems that I was facing -----
    1. In morning after bed it is very tough for me to walk even to the bathroom ....but now I can walk normally and esly ...
    2.... It is very hard for me to use stairs now I can use it ,now I hv pain but i can walk and move .....

    Thank you doc I have same issue , previously the pain was like tingling, burning, and it happened in quadriceps or calf or sometime beside the knee, but when I start to follow your exercises, the quantity of pain is too low.

    Thank You Doctor, it was very informative.
    I have exact issue of pain from buttock and calf on left leg. Typically what is the timeframe, it takes to heal or cure from Sciatica , if we do these the suggested exercises and does this reoccur .
    Also How do we take care in future not to reoccur this Piriformis Syndrome. I use to do walking/Jogging but now I have stopped completely becos of this sciatica issue . Can we continue doing walking/jogging after healing piriformis syndrome.

    Thanks dr, I started the exercise, very useful, but my left leg is more problem,,and foot side has pain exactly just 1 inch below small finger of foot
