I've been a student and enabler of Qigong Tai Chi for many years. I often search RUclips for different traditional forms and styles for inspiration. I 'm moved to say, after years of browsing this is one of the best tutorials I've seen . Thanks for putting it out there. I've learned a lot .
I have been doing Chi Gong under many teachers for several years mostly from China. You are one hell of a teacher. Much respect to you. I can see the intent within your eyes. 🙂
Excelent Qigong. I sense an awareness of a practitioner who also has some taichi or other internal martial arts experience. If you are not as young as you seem from the footage then clearly you practice daily, consistently and have a really good teacher yourself- your system is working for you. I will definitely try out and possibly incorporate these medical qigong exercises. Thank you for sharing.
Absolutely Superb. Every movement shown, explained along with how to do it in detail as well as it's purpose and benefits. Born to be a Teacher. God Bless You.
as a Tai Chi instructor, i have shared tlhis exercise with my class as an intro to the beginning of class. This exercise was enjoyed by all. Many thanks for sharing this to the community
I am a yoga teacher and health care worker in the rehab setting. This is such a beautifully gentle way to warm up and energise. I loved it. Thanks for sharing this. I will be practicing this regularly and also sharing this with my students and patients. Thanks again.
🙏 at last… excercises in a normal environment! It seems to me that almost all your collega’s (seem to have to) do this in a forest, on a beach, even in the snow, so in nature mostly. We have to travel a lot at first before we are in nature, which can be an excercise on its own! Thank YOU for showing us in a “home” environment 😉 🙏
thank you so much for your videos. they’re coming to me at a time when i deeply need this yin energy and qi circulation to get through some tough moments. i really appreciate it
Five Elements Qigong I really liked your tutorial. This is an exercise I will add to my morning routine. So gentle, focused and purposeful, I feel a great connection to this exercise. Thankyou so much for sharing.

Hi, I started practicing Qigong/Zhan zhuang and it feels as if qi was stuck in my head (dizzy/tickling feeling). I also have bitter taste and red eyes sometimes. Do you have a recommendation how to heal these symptoms?
Many thanks, but I have too much pain. It's my hip joints. I'm bone on bone, hearing them pop and grind with each step I take. Can Qui Gong help me? My last hope is for a MedBed treatment.
Thank you for sharing this. I've just discovered this 5 element qigong, but I noticed other teachers or videos on youtube do a different style of the 5 element (I've noticed this also with 8 brocade), is this common? are there several types of 5 elements? Thank you!

That is a great question! Yes, everyone has their own styles of doing the 5 elements and the 8 brocade. So you may see different versions of this set.
