I've been a student and enabler of Qigong Tai Chi for many years. I often search RUclips for different traditional forms and styles for inspiration. I 'm moved to say, after years of browsing this is one of the best tutorials I've seen . Thanks for putting it out there. I've learned a lot .

Excelent Qigong. I sense an awareness of a practitioner who also has some taichi or other internal martial arts experience. If you are not as young as you seem from the footage then clearly you practice daily, consistently and have a really good teacher yourself- your system is working for you. I will definitely try out and possibly incorporate these medical qigong exercises.
    Thank you for sharing.

🙏 at last… excercises in a normal environment! It seems to me that almost all your collega’s (seem to have to) do this in a forest, on a beach, even in the snow, so in nature mostly. We have to travel a lot at first before we are in nature, which can be an excercise on its own! Thank YOU for showing us in a “home” environment 😉 🙏

Thank you for sharing this. I've just discovered this 5 element qigong, but I noticed other teachers or videos on youtube do a different style of the 5 element (I've noticed this also with 8 brocade), is this common? are there several types of 5 elements? Thank you!

    • @arayahpm

That is a great question! Yes, everyone has their own styles of doing the 5 elements and the 8 brocade. So you may see different versions of this set.
