🙏 at last… excercises in a normal environment! It seems to me that almost all your collega’s (seem to have to) do this in a forest, on a beach, even in the snow, so in nature mostly. We have to travel a lot at first before we are in nature, which can be an excercise on its own! Thank YOU for showing us in a “home” environment 😉 🙏
thank you! yes, I like home environments
Absolutely Superb. Every movement shown, explained along with how to do it in detail as well as it's purpose and benefits. Born to be a Teacher.
God Bless You.
Thanks so much, I appreciate your kind words.

I am a Tai Chi and bagua instructor. Many of your moves are quite conducive to that practice. Your "heart" movement is much like single palm in Bagua.
that's very kind of you to say. I am starting to get into baguazhang now.
So beautiful and the music too. What's the music?
🙏
谢谢

Tom Bisio demonstrated this form as well
Hi, I started practicing Qigong/Zhan zhuang and it feels as if qi was stuck in my head (dizzy/tickling feeling). I also have bitter taste and red eyes sometimes. Do you have a recommendation how to heal these symptoms?
Many thanks, but I have too much pain. It's my hip joints. I'm bone on bone, hearing them pop and grind with each step I take. Can Qui Gong help me? My last hope is for a MedBed treatment.
Thank, teach o like tai chi or gigong, for spirit exercise s,etc ,what your name teach?
please tell me which finger of the hand corresponds to which element and internal organ)
Thumb - lung channel, index finger - large intestine channel, middle finger - heart master (pericardium) channel, ring finger - triple heater (san jiao channel), pinky - heart channel
Thank you for sharing this. I've just discovered this 5 element qigong, but I noticed other teachers or videos on youtube do a different style of the 5 element (I've noticed this also with 8 brocade), is this common? are there several types of 5 elements? Thank you!
That is a great question! Yes, everyone has their own styles of doing the 5 elements and the 8 brocade. So you may see different versions of this set.
@@arayahpm Thank you, I really like your videos, thank you!
@@br1081 I appreciate you watching and enjoying it!
Hi dear! I am wondering what lineage this set is from as to better understand the exercises . All of the five elements sets I find on youtube are so different from one another.
Isn't it confusing when they seem to all do different exercises.
