    Wonderful practice!
    I strongly felt I would like to do this sequence to balance my emotions and bodies after a Chiropractic session. I liked the breath guidance too!

    Love this. I have done this shortened 10 minute 5 Elements exercise and the longer individual 5 elements. 2 questions: On days I only have time to do the shortened version will that still be beneficial? Also dependinng on how I feel is it ok to just do 1 or 2 of the longer individual 5 Elements? Thanks so much.

      Thank you! 🥰 the consistency will provide the greatest value. So what you have time for is the best amount. 😊
      Listening to you body is key. So if you have the time and feel you to it, you can definitely do multiple version. ❤️🙏

    Does it matter which of the 5 elements we start with or is there a specific order of practicing these? 💕

      The order for I find most harmonious is Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and earth.
      You can actually start at any of them, but follow this basic order. ie: If you start at water, then metal will come after earth.

      Yes, I would usually clear and then strengthen. You can experiment with the order and play. Your experience will be the best indicator. 🙏❤

      The movements often have connection to organs via the associated meridian channels. They have been developed through many years of energy practices. These versions have been compiled in Traditional Chinese Medicine. TCM

      Yes. You can do qigong practices daily. Even multiple times. Listening to your body is the best practice.

    What is the best way to do this since I’m needing to use a wheelchair or use a counter for support

      You are welcome to do it from a seated posture in any chair or stool. Focus to ground through your bottom.
      If you can stand leaning with your backside against a counter or wall for support that may be an option to work up to.

    Üdvözlöm Magyarországról! Köszönöm ezt az értékes bemutatót. Azt sajnos nem értem, hogy a fa elemnél mikor kell ki és be lélegezni. Melyik az a 2 mozdulat amikor be, és az a 2 amikor ki. Többször megnéztem, sajnos nem jöttem rá. Kérem segítsen. 70 éves vagyok és nagyon szeretném ezt megtanulni.

      Thank you for your question. I understand the confusion.
      For wood and clearing the breath may not sync up well.
      To try and sync, you can try to do 2 pushes (1 right and 1 left) for each inhale and for each exhale.
      If you move faster it may be 4 pushes ( Right, Left, right, left) as you inhale and 4 more as you exhale.
      Most important is to find a rhythm that feels best to you.
