I was wondering if it is possible to combine the two practices "Clearing" and "Strenghtening" ? For example first Clearing and then Strenghtening ? Thanks for your great videos!

Also dependinng on how I feel is it ok to just do 1 or 2 of the longer individual 5 Elements? Thanks so much.

The order for I find most harmonious is Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and earth. You can actually start at any of them, but follow this basic order. ie: If you start at water, then metal will come after earth.

Thank you for your question. I understand the confusion. For wood and clearing the breath may not sync up well. To try and sync, you can try to do 2 pushes (1 right and 1 left) for each inhale and for each exhale. If you move faster it may be 4 pushes ( Right, Left, right, left) as you inhale and 4 more as you exhale. Most important is to find a rhythm that feels best to you. Blessings to you!
