Can you please explain how to start with the yoga practice. Like which asanas in which order should be done. As you have said that if one has practised dhanurasana , then can go forward with chakrasana. Like that can you explain the series in which yoga practise should be done. Tysm. Hi Neha, amazing video as always. 💞 I have a small query -Is it normal for the ankles to hurt while in Veerasan? The thing is I have been practicing Veerasan from quite some time. I do not feel any stretch in the thighs but I feel the stretch from my toe to the heel. Am I going wrong somewhere?
