    Neha Mam’m ur channel is wonderful it’s been a month now I have completed 21 days beginners yoga and also 10 days daily yoga for beginners now this was my first day for bhakhasana. I am so glad that I got through ur channel ❤ thank you for inspiring and being such an amazing teacher also … this is the first time I have completed 1 month of yoga through ur channel and I feel so good thank you so much 😊

    Hi Neha, greetings from New York City. Thanks a million for this so-well explained video. My body remains as stiff as an iron bar, despite a few years of Bikram yoga practice. The Covid-19 confinement led to unemployment since April so I'm using the time to improve my flexibility. Luckily for me, I see some results. I'll start working on this posture following your amazing precise instructions. Thank you again. Namaste.

    I like your way of teaching . Your way is very different than others . You start yoga with your students like us from zero and then u help us reaching out to the pose💯. Please make a vdo on split

    Hello neha ma'am, thank you so much for these videos it's proving to be very helpful N beneficial. These 4days,7days series is amazing I can progress gradually N works towards gaining strength and right posture n breathing. Please continue with these series.
    In long videos we just hv to rush through n sometimes becomes very tiring n cumbersome.

    You can compile the 21 days yoga in one video so that we can do at one stretch.

      I am a 21 day so that people can practise same videos into repetitions two or three times each day so it will anyways be 20 to 30 minutes of practice and that without warmup where people have an option to add their own warm ups as well😊🙏

    My arms are bruised in 2 days i can do it now for 5 seconds but my arms are hurting so bad. I can’t put my knee on my bruised arm. What can i do about it 🌸❤️
