Repeated Day 1 in the evening, and on Day 2 - as instructed, completed this before Day 2 exercise. Also increased the number of counts on each pose by pausing video. Really feeling the back and shoulders stretched. And energised!

Where I live no yoga teacher is available. So I could not do the advance yoga.As your technic to teach is very excellant ,I have learnt lot of things from your video without expence money. So you are doing a excellant job. So thank you very much .
