    This is for everyone who is seeking motivation. I can now do a good back stretch and a full wheel pose after following your tutorials. Thank you so much. God bless you. ❤️ I'm a 32 year old who had a C Section 4.5 years back and I sensed I could have back pain issues in the future. I could accomplish this asana within a month with daily practice in the morning after a warm bath. This asana makes your back feel loose and flexible. I can sense the strength on my spine. Thank you once again for such beautiful tutorials. ❤️❤️🙏

    I had started 7 day chakrasana challange from the first day. Today I did it. From a long time I had a dream to do chakrasana. But could not do. Many yoga channel are available in you tube. But your technic is excellant( Totaly differnt ).Thank you very very much to help us.

    Dear Neha, thank you for your videos. I have taken upon myself to do a Chakrasana in November, and while looking through videos of yoga asanas for hints, I found yours. I have done upto day 2 and feel very good! Your exercises, which I looked through for all 7 days are really good, and progressive. I will try to keep doing them until I feel ready to do the final asana. No hurry. Thanks, dear, for your beautiful guidance!

    Completed Day 2 after Day 2 routine. Wow, this was really good. Simple shoulder stretch in the end but very effective. Mild shaking of the shoulders suggested the weakness, so I completed 2 sets of 10 each. Also liked the side stretch a lot, so paused the video and increased the number of repetitions there as well.

    First of all I would like to thank you a lot Neha..I was very inflexible..I watched many videos of yoga on youtube but ended up getting pain instead of flexibility maybe because I did it in a wrong way..1 month back I came across one of your videos on youtube and the way you explain each and every posture is quite remarkable..I then subscribed you channel and started your 21 days yoga videos...I haven't completed it yet but now I'm way more flexible than I was 1 month back.. I've started practicing the chakrashana series and I successfully did till day 2..I hope I can do this posture on the 7th day successfully 😀 Thanks a lot💝 You're the best yoga teacher ever..

    Hi, I just love the way you explain, I am at day 2 and hopefully day 7 will achieve my goal. My query is , I have knee osteoarthritis, can I do it ? I want to do it but don't know whether it is ok to do it for my knees.

      It’s only because you are experiencing this new on your body and if you’re not used to it your body will resist certain times you just have to gain more strength please continue but take a smaller steps every time you practise all the very best🙏😊

      Thank you so much for the beautiful comment you can practise regular Surya namaskara and also can add some push-ups to reduce your arm weight. You can’t really focus on particular body part you have to work on the whole body. Surely in future videos you’ll find other benefits of yoga practice as well😊🙏

    I really love your sessions. After watching a gazillions of videos, I settled with your sessions.
    It's very easy when you workout along with the video when we do it. It really helps understand the posture better.
    I'm done with day 1 and day 2 of Chakrasana series. Do I need to practice day 1&2 again tomorrow before I start day 3 routine? I'm just confused with this.

    Im having much pain in knee while balancing on knees. It is not done by folding the mats also.

      Then try to avoid putting a lot of pressure on the knee it is not a healthy way you can avoid these steps if it’s hurting your knee and follow the others😊🙏

    My back burn after doing this... Is it a good sign or bad?

      You should definitely not force yourself and it really difficult to say whether it’s good or bad. If you do your warmup before the practice is the nothing wrong will happen and if you find a lot of pain then surely you should take it easy. It’s just that you should not force yourself you should let your body get used to the practice. In the beginning keep very mild practises mild stretches😊🙏
