I have done upto day 2 and feel very good! Your exercises, which I looked through for all 7 days are really good, and progressive. Completed Day 2 after Day 2 routine. Wow, this was really good. Simple shoulder stretch in the end but very effective. Mild shaking of the shoulders suggested the weakness, so I completed 2 sets of 10 each. Also liked the side stretch a lot, so paused the video and increased the number of repetitions there as well.
I have learned bakasan from you and am now learning chkrasn. I am very happy because the progress is progressing very well and I am also practicing daily yoga... Thank you thank you very much😇😇

First of all I would like to thank you a lot Neha..I was very inflexible..I watched many videos of yoga on youtube but ended up getting pain instead of flexibility maybe because I did it in a wrong way..1 month back I came across one of your videos on youtube and the way you explain each and every posture is quite remarkable..I then subscribed you channel and started your 21 days yoga videos...I haven't completed it yet but now I'm way more flexible than I was 1 month back.. I really love your sessions. After watching a gazillions of videos, I settled with your sessions. It's very easy when you workout along with the video when we do it. It really helps understand the posture better. I'm done with day 1 and day 2 of Chakrasana series. Do I need to practice day 1&2 again tomorrow before I start day 3 routine? I'm just confused with this.
Then try to avoid putting a lot of pressure on the knee it is not a healthy way you can avoid these steps if it’s hurting your knee and follow the others😊🙏
You should definitely not force yourself and it really difficult to say whether it’s good or bad. If you do your warmup before the practice is the nothing wrong will happen and if you find a lot of pain then surely you should take it easy. It’s just that you should not force yourself you should let your body get used to the practice. In the beginning keep very mild practises mild stretches😊🙏

Hi! While doing the last posture, my wrists pain a lot and I can barely do the asana, what can I do about it? Especially my right wrist..
Im having much pain in knee while balancing on knees. It is not done by folding the mats also.
Then try to avoid putting a lot of pressure on the knee it is not a healthy way you can avoid these steps if it’s hurting your knee and follow the others😊🙏
