    The best teacher I have ever seen..I was always enthusiastic to learn yoga but other channels were either making us learn complex one or or too basic one....
    The way you have taught from day 1 to day 7 what efforts and what amazing skills to impart knowledge..thanku so mch

    This really worked out. I was trying to learn Chakrasana but couldn't make it but your 7days chakrasana helps me to achieve the desired results and to know more about my body flexibility. THANK YOU SO MUCH. KUDOS to your efforts.

    Hii Neha I was following your practice for chakrasana since last 15 days . Earlier I tried to perform chakrasana so many times but my shoulder was not supporting me but today I'm so happy to tell you that I get the posture today I performed my chakrasana although not the exact posture but yes I did and with practice I'll be expert in it... Thank you so much for this wonderful tips and yes now I'll definitely try your bakasana and halasana practices... thank you again

    Thanks a lot. Thanks to your efforts, now anybody can learn yoga.
    In the last stretch, always have problem of hands slipping/skidding and falling down (in the more challenging variation), when you try it on mat, but on the plan floor it comes fine. The slipping automatically becomes a mental block to do the full chakra asana on the mat, but am able to do on the plain floor.

    Very good series. The single episode of Chakrasana in 5 days was a interesting trailer, but not sufficient for the enthusiastic beginners. Thank God you did a detailed one for beginners with so many interesting helpful tips to ensure proper stretch. I have problem of Frozen shoulder being a sugar patient. Request you to please inform stretches which will relieve me of this frozen shoulder as quickly as possible and be able to do the Chakrasana completely with ease.

    i am very glad that you released this session..one thing that i understand that i have to work on my arms and shoulder mobility to achieve this. because i am very comfortable with all the spine workouts but stuck in arms. can uh suggest something better for increase arms strength. lots of love from my side to you and ypur famiily ❤️

    These videos are wonderful. Thank you so much! I am flexible but my arms are weak. I have been experiencing headaches after most sessions in this series. Slowing down helps. I am repeating the videos several times before advancing. I think I'm overusing my neck muscles during some of the poses. Do you have any recommendations for fixing this issue? I appreciate any feedback. :-D

    Neha thanks a lot dear. The way u explain is so good. While practicising on day 4 of chakrasana I tried to do it and I was able to do it and the first reaction was wow! though I felt little pain. Still I will go with all 5,6 and 7th day and follow you. Love u❤😘. Keep up the good work!

    Hi. I am following all your sessions for spine flexibility. All r very good n feeling better. But In today's session when i am trying to complete bhujangasan to mountain pose both side parts of my stomach r paining. Pls guide me to complete the posture.

      Generally these questions should not create a pain in the stomach however it might be due to something which you have eaten last night. Take your posture is very simple and easy in case if you feel pain by any chance just take a bit of rest😊🙏

    Hi Neha..I am practicing your 7 day series of chakrasana..would you able to tell me that when u say before starting any day you want us to practice the previous days...does that mean if I am doing day 4 then I need to practice day 1-3 on day 4 as well..thanks

      Hi Ashwini you need to follow day one and day to few more times because these are very beginner postures which will help you to flexible spine.😊🙏

    Mam your explanation is really very clear...i have problem of back pain and knee pain after my delivery...i started doing your yoga for relief...but i m also suffering from severe hairfall mam ...is there any yoga pose for this mam....?plz rply mam after delivery i really feel nothing is left in my body...my back...knees...and hairs ..stemina all are gone...

      Maximum number that one person can do Surya namaskara in a day is 108. Now it’s up to you that how many times you want to practise in a day you can choose any number within this😊🙏

      Yes before practising day five you should continue day 1234 together. That is the reason I’m not repeating the same Asana every day so that you get to practise each day one Asana😊🙏 On seventh day you should be practising day 1-6

    After these stretching I got pain in my spine. It has pain at one point. Is it harmful? Or it's normal??

      You can just do some simple oil massage to the back. if you still have the pain. The practice done here is very mild I don’t think so it should cause you any strong pain anyways if you still have this situation you can drop me a message on Instagram with the ID of yoga for cure😊🙏
