Earlier I tried to perform chakrasana so many times but my shoulder was not supporting me but today I'm so happy to tell you that I get the posture today I performed my chakrasana although not the exact posture but yes I did and with practice I'll be expert in it... Thanks a lot. Thanks to your efforts, now anybody can learn yoga. In the last stretch, always have problem of hands slipping/skidding and falling down (in the more challenging variation), when you try it on mat, but on the plan floor it comes fine. The slipping automatically becomes a mental block to do the full chakra asana on the mat, but am able to do on the plain floor.
Very good series. The single episode of Chakrasana in 5 days was a interesting trailer, but not sufficient for the enthusiastic beginners. Thank God you did a detailed one for beginners with so many interesting helpful tips to ensure proper stretch. I have problem of Frozen shoulder being a sugar patient. Request you to please inform stretches which will relieve me of this frozen shoulder as quickly as possible and be able to do the Chakrasana completely with ease.
Really nice, esp enjoyed the modified tabletop at the end, isn't that same as reverse push up! You simplify so many difficult postures, thanks so much!!

These videos are wonderful. Thank you so much! I am flexible but my arms are weak. I have been experiencing headaches after most sessions in this series. Slowing down helps. I am repeating the videos several times before advancing. I think I'm overusing my neck muscles during some of the poses. Do you have any recommendations for fixing this issue? I appreciate any feedback. :-D

Generally these questions should not create a pain in the stomach however it might be due to something which you have eaten last night. Take your posture is very simple and easy in case if you feel pain by any chance just take a bit of rest😊🙏

Maximum number that one person can do Surya namaskara in a day is 108. Now it’s up to you that how many times you want to practise in a day you can choose any number within this😊🙏
Yes before practising day five you should continue day 1234 together. That is the reason I’m not repeating the same Asana every day so that you get to practise each day one Asana😊🙏 On seventh day you should be practising day 1-6
You can just do some simple oil massage to the back. if you still have the pain. The practice done here is very mild I don’t think so it should cause you any strong pain anyways if you still have this situation you can drop me a message on Instagram with the ID of yoga for cure😊🙏
