    Excellent vdo, Neha ji I am 63 years, having only one son , he is in US, I see my daughter in you.I will request you to make one series of different Asans to be practiced daily.As you said that every day we have to focus on different part of body, so make sets of Asans which will cover entire body parts in a week.

    Your are doing great work...ur videos are very helpful. I was practicing yoga from last 1 n half months...but i coukd not do it properly...but now i m sure that i would reach to my dream pose chakrasana one day( if not in a week, may be in a month)Thanks so much mam for making these videos

    Hello ma'am. Thanks for the videos and this series.. Pls do the halasana series also.. Specially if neck and spines r not allowing you to do halasana.

      Once you can do Chakrasana other postures will become very easy as you increase flexibility in your spine also over a period of time we can do other asanas as well🙏😊

      You should avoid anything which will put pressure on the stomach and should avoid inversion postures like headstand handstand shoulder stand et cetera. You can always practise very mild and simple postures like Surya namaskara and others😊🙏

    for Spondylosis any asanas to help reduce the pains ?

      There are mainly nine poses which helps you relief from Spondylitis. They are: Child’s pose, Bridge pose, Downward facing dog, Cobra pose, Locust pose, Mountain pose, Cat pose, Cow pose and Staff pose. Please don't push yourself too hard. Always try to listen your body.

    While doing these 7 days session what other exercises we can do ? Or only these sessions everyday and if we do we might stress our body and cause some pain ?

      Ok thank you. I'm following these sessions.. but like you said I might need more than 7 days. My spine is flexible but I lack shoulder strength. While doing bridge pose my arms shiever a lot..
