Once you can do Chakrasana other postures will become very easy as you increase flexibility in your spine also over a period of time we can do other asanas as well🙏😊
You should avoid anything which will put pressure on the stomach and should avoid inversion postures like headstand handstand shoulder stand et cetera. You can always practise very mild and simple postures like Surya namaskara and others😊🙏
There are mainly nine poses which helps you relief from Spondylitis. They are: Child’s pose, Bridge pose, Downward facing dog, Cobra pose, Locust pose, Mountain pose, Cat pose, Cow pose and Staff pose. Please don't push yourself too hard. Always try to listen your body.
While doing these 7 days session what other exercises we can do ? Or only these sessions everyday and if we do we might stress our body and cause some pain ?
Ok thank you. I'm following these sessions.. but like you said I might need more than 7 days. My spine is flexible but I lack shoulder strength. While doing bridge pose my arms shiever a lot..
