    Hi Neha, thanks for these sessions. I have been enjoying them & practising everyday. I do however have one suggestion, when you are doing the anulomb-vilomb, please wait until we take a deep breath. Because it seems like you are going too fast, so, in the process of catching up with you, my breaths aren't too deep. I wonder if others are facing the same issue. Please take this as a suggestion and not a criticism :) Many thanks for making these
