I did this .. felt good . however as I was breathing in out from my left nose.. it felt cold and experienced a bit of discomfort and from my right side the flow of breath was not smooth . kindly explain ? I am staying in London and its winter too . Thank you ❤
Left side nostril indicates moon and that creates coolness in the body. Right side indicates sun which makes u feel warm. That’s y if ifs too cold or too hot you practice accordingly. If you want to just balance then do nadishuddi pranayama or anulom vilom 🙏😊

Please tell me about the series. Each session for a day? I run around 4km twice or thrice a week. What will be beneficial? Doing before the run or after? I will be comfortable doing it after the run, as I don't want to delay going for a run, once I get in the mood.
