Madam, I have been practicing yoga since my 7th standard. However, I didn't get a chance to practice the balancing aasanas like bakasana or vrukshasana. Now due to my job, I got little bit of belly. I am overall fit. But this stubborn belly is causing problem in my progress. Can you suggest some tips?
Hi Neha!! Thanks for the tips but, after trying a number of times ... I am unable to place my knee at the right spot on my hand as a result of which I am still unable to find balance while I place it on the arm. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

This is exactly how you start, don’t be in a hurry to achieve this posture for longer duration. With the practice you can see the difference 😊🙏

You will always start from the basic which is kakasana😊🙏 and in the end you can practice bakasana how ever there is very small difference in between
