Well my mom past away Aug 2022. Her corn beef with white rice and avocado was my favorite meal that she use to make for me.. So I am gonna attempt to make the corn beef the way she made it.. I looked up corned need 🇵🇷 style and yours looks more like the one she made so wish me luck.. Wepaaaaa
