It's so interesting, I came across a video of a person who had autoimmune illnesses that basically left her crippled at 40. She tried everything, and the only thing that helped was a major diet change. She healed 90% but not all the way. She still eats lots of meat, dairy, and eggs. I mentioned you in her comments, and she was pleasant but dismissive. It's crazy that people can't fathom not eating animal products even when it could possibly cure you. Thanks for all you do, you give many people hope!

Astonishing doctor, one of a kind truly. Survived debilitating childhood illness, keep her spirits up in spite of traumatic sickness. Graduated top of all classes she studied, and is now so willing to share all she knows with saving others lives.
I have such admiration & love for Dr. Goldner❤❤

You are ONE lovely person. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤.
Can you please talk about varicose veins? My grandpa has had them, my mother had multiple surgeries on hers and I have started to develop them as well. I've been told to move more. I've been and ER nurse for 15years and walk all the time, plus we got a big property and a husky mix, no sedentary lifestyle whatsoever. 😂 Otherwise totally healthy (hard to believe actually), never had been able to eat meat because of animal cruelty and just became vegan a couple years ago thanks to more info on the dairy industry. Unfortunately no healthy lifestyle/food me entire life. Your vids on addiction have been saving my sanity and finally break through after fighting junk food and sugar for years. Added your smoothies 3 weeks ago and will never go back. You saved me. ❤

Thank you so much for this video. Specially the part bout not obsessing and being happy. My partner has been obsessing and one of those who almost wouldn't eat anything, afraid of plants (went keto/paleo) afraid of oxalates (we cut out beets, carrots, etc.) afraid of fructose. The good news is his non stop passion for finding a cure with food led us to you and others. This chat was one of the best of all his research - that emotions were discussed. DEEP GRATITUDE!

Regarding the possible high heavy metal levels in greens and potential for toxicity, many plants (especially cilantro among others) are great chelators, so they bind up those compounds and keep them from being absorbed. Unlike rice (brown rice can have high arsenic) or animal products (other than fish to a limited extent as high selenium helps).

Thanks so much for what you do.
I found you through Gillian Berry.
Struggling since 2004 with very low adrenals, muscle loss, etc. , finally left my job in 2010
    Insomnia since 2000.
    I developed vitiligo in 2018.
    I am 64 female.
From watching some of your Q&A videos; I think GAIP would
help (I have been unable to find information on it, however, I have not been able to drink water
more than total one glass of water per day since 2004 all of a sudden (as opposed to 3 litres daily previously) due to
    frequent and urgent urination.
Lastly (finally 🙄), is lemon juice a must in the smoothie?
    Thanks so much.

I felt really bad for the person asking about the waiting list 😢 Is there a way to reprogram the waiting list so that the person who has been waiting the longest gets notified first and has at least 24 hours to respond? It seems so discouraging and unfair that someone misses their opportunity because they can’t access their email fast-enough.
But! I love Dr. G and her protocols! I’ve been hypernourishing for 6 weeks, reading her books and listening to these Q&As nearly daily. Her voice and personality are very comforting. 💚🌱 I’m grateful for all she does.

I'm 80 lbs and 5'5" at 59 years old. Many autoimmune illnesses but mainly struggling with Sjogren's, severe osteoporosis to the point I can no longer walk, and digestive issues possibly Crohn's. 80 is really low and I always battled to have weight stay on. I want to get healthy and what you said makes sense but I feel I'm in an emergency area with weight and illness. I haven't been able to eat raw. Still try??

Not sure if you’re going to see this but I need some advice on what my diet needs to look like. I know that my body is very hypersensitive to what I consume and I’ve yet to find anything that allows me both enough calories to workout and bulk and doesn’t give me acne along the way. If your have any recommendations on a diet to follow, it would be much appreciated Doc🍒.

If. Your following good bye autoimmune, after hyper nourishing for months and months. Once you go all in, v can it take pain and inflammation a much longer time to see any results? I felt after 6 weeks I’d be able to see some differences. I really 4:39 believed I would, for some of us,does it takes more time I’m willing to stay hopeful. I’d be most gracious for any information.💚
