I just love Dr. Goldner.❤❤❤She works to up build her patients mentally and emotionally as well as physically heal the body. She uses her own grief and heartbreaks to help others because she has deep compassion and purpose. She is so full of love. Praying for Dr. G and her precious family.🙏❤
I give my Heavenly Father and Creator the gratitude to provide the beautiful nutrient dense foods that are bursting with life and vibrancy!🙏🥰🙏🥰🙏
I’m going on 80 years old. I’m doing hyper nourishment right now. I like going back from time to time to all raw to fine tune. Her protocol has worked wonders for me. When I went on her protocol, no more autoimmune disease, anemia, osteoporosis, depression or chronic fatigue.
Thank you Chef AJ for such a fantastic video!!!😊

Dr Goldner is so very inspiring… I just stumbled upon her teachings. I’m on day 4 of her hypernutrition smoothie protocol. I suffer from chronic pain and chronic fatigue stemming from chronic Lyme/Babesia/Bartonella, and my kidneys are trashed. She’s so great and keeps going despite tragedy in her own life (she lost a son last year)… the smoothies are easy. Her optimism is contagious. I’ve not spent a penny… other than watching videos on RUclips that she likely continues to earn dollars from just from the number of plays. I have hope now, that my body can heal, outside of the antibiotics and other drugs that have ruined my body. But just taking the basic nutrition plan and doing it daily… I’ve not bought her books, or paid for any videos. I don’t need to. I’m the same age as Dr. Goldner & I’m married to a primary care physician, so I’ve observed what the life of medicine burn out becomes to most doctors, and Dr. Goldner has tapped into such a cool niche to help people outside of traditional western medicine. Thank you Dr. Goldner…onward and upward. ❤

To share my experience….I have Crohn’s disease and for some unknown reason I lost about 8 lbs back in the spring. I’ve had 2 small bowel resections in the last 40 years. I’m now 63. I’m 5’2” and got down to 93 lbs. I have been doing the smoothie every day since October. Not following full protocol. I am feeling really good and have put back on the weight I lost. I’m adding an avocado to my smoothies for extra nutrition and I believe the smoothie is now allowing my body to absorb the nutrients! Thank you Dr. G for all you do!

Chef AJ, you have had many things in your life that have traumatized you and yet you’ve gotten stronger each time. If you were to sit and think of all the problems you had and say, I can’t go on. You would not have been the dynamic person you are now. I think the doctor has to realize that many people need a push in the direction of going away from their pain. The biggest cause of pain is reliving it all the time. Feeling hopeless that if you go and try to be any more than you are, you’ll fail . This makes it very hard to go on and succeed.💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I tend to side with Doug Lisle and I was very traumatized from 4 to 17 years of age. I won't go into the gory details. The reason I agree with Dr. Lisle is because I think we are who we are and we either get up and go on or we use the trauma to find excuses for our failures. Sort of like blaming your mother for all the stupid things you do in your life. I am not saying it doesn't affect your life it does and I can start talking about it with a close person and still have a quivering voice and tears in my eyes. This is after 59 years. I have been very lucky in my life and I saw the grief and addictions in my own family from the abuse but some went on to have happy lives and some didn't! I believe that gift of fighting on is within us.

Finally, someone who is a warrior speaking the truth. You get to a point where you either are proactive or reactive to something that happened in the past. The only thing you can ever change in life is now and the future. All you do by continuing to be traumatized by something is give strength to the thing that caused your trauma. You have to learn to be stronger than what caused the problem. if you want to end your pain, do not continue to live with it.💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Rice is a safe grain to eat for most people, in moderation. She also purports animal protein should be absolutely avoided. That’s my only confusion with her teachings. I follow her smoothie protocol, but still eat fish and organic meats. Your body needs the essential amino acids in animal proteins. Science supports this. Plants will not give you complete protein. Especially as we age, muscle loss will happen and that’s a huge risk factor for death in your older years. It’s called sarcopenia. Gotta eat protein to keep muscle especially over age 60.
