foods high in omega 3 include walnuts, chia and flaxseeds, brussels sprouts and kidney beans
Although walnuts are also very high in omega 6. Flax and chia are better sources.

I have been afraid of fats because I don't want to put on weight but my body is now craving avocadoes and walnuts even though they are not my top favourite foods, so I am going to eat some asap and regularly for a couple of weeks and see how it goes. I want to listen more to my body and not put weight loss before health

Also, I shared this with my sister who has lupus and sjogrens and many other things going on. She just started about 5 days ago and she already feels better. My metabolism is great. i need to gain weight and muscle, but am losing on the hyper nourishment diet. I originally tried Wahls and lost muscle due to spasms. I am stable on treatment now, and not having many spasms. But losing weight as I exercise. I'm only 100 lbs at 5'2. I'm disappointed, because I can feel the healing!

Can the flaxseeds be cooked, like added in a muffin recipe etc, or are the health benefits better when consumed raw, like in a smoothie? And , how are your clients getting vast amounts of these gritty things down? (Just mixing in smoothies and in water or eating a bowl full of fresh ground flaxseed? lol)

Heat breaks down the omega3s, so no, not if you want the benefits from them. If you just want the fiber then yes, you can cook them.
For the water. Can we add flavor like fresh lemon, cucumbers or some other fruits and veggies?

The smoothies are so filling, are we supposed to eat in addition to the drinking the big smoothies? I have been vegan 28 years so my system is use to veggies but the smoothie makes me so full it's all I eat in a day, I lift weights 5 days a week and stay active, I want to be sure I'm getting in my food & plant protein. Suggestions on how to drink the smoothie?
Can I follow the juicing protocol of cruciferous veggies with Hypothyroidism?

How long can I hold a smoothie before its nutritious value ends ??? If I make it today is it still good to drink 1 -2 days later
In another one of her videos she said the nutritional value lesson by day, so drink it in the same day that you make it. She said she makes hers in the morning and sip on it all day finishing it up in the same day. Correct me if I’m wrong, she finishes it before dinner time. Hope this helps❤

If you speed up metabolism wouldn’t you speed up everything else including aging?
Love you guys. But just want to point out that pregnancy weight is very different right after the baby is born. You have water weight and other weight - and if you're nursing, you'll lose weight that way. So inferring that you would lose 23 pounds in 9 days is doable outside of that situation isn't accurate.
Again you guys are awesome - but making claims like this diminish your credibility.
You both look good 😊 However your ideas on nutrition are amusing to put it mildly 😊 We haven't evolved on plants not thrive on it ... Meat mostly. That's why we look and think the way we do. We are not greenevores and carbivores. Never were. As plants were never a reliable or constant or safe source of food ... So the whole idea is basically green chemo as I'm pretty sure you cannot go not even 3 days without any smoothies or food at all 😊 That's why you do not understand healing is about fasting not pumping the body full of nutrients 😊 Typical misunderstanding and profit game 😊
we are omnivores. meat and veggies and fruit. omnivore intestines. but if sick get healthy with smoothies then when healthy add grass fed meat in small amounts with mostly fruits and veggies. bible says from every tree and vegetation of the field you may eat to satisfaction. After the flood God told Noah he could eat meat. but the bible also says don’t gorge on meat. but our bodies are designed to eat both. genesis 2:16 deuteronomy 12:15 prov 23:20.

@@Asiya345 Have you seen the backstage filming cut out of the GAME CHANGERS?! Why would they do that if the vegan diet would need no special effects be it the best and most natural one if raw ?! It is all propaganda and missdirect for now unfortunately 😁 Before we were athletes we were hunters and in no way shape or form anti-meat as real life teaches you very quickly how much dogma and fear can help 😁😂 This save the animals thing reads more like stay weak on plants and supplements and completely biased science that only discovers how little we know not how much we have forgotten 🌞
