    Thank you. As always I gain a lot of encouragement to keep on--not that I need it after all this time. I added back in cooked plant-based food for a while, but my symptoms slowly returned. Both my husband and I feel better and are happier sticking with smoothies and salads with a rare meal of cooked plant foods. We're going to remove our unused stove and remodel the kitchen. Thanks again.

    • @audither
      @audither 3 месяца назад +1

      Dr. G and other doctors suggest that you talk to your doctor and have them adjust your blood thinner to match the greens that you’re eating. Are used to be on the blood thinner, but no more but when I was, I pretty much stayed away from anything with vitamin K not knowing that the doctor could have adjusted my medication and I could’ve eaten healthier.

    I'm healthy and want to stay healthy and I'm not interested in hacks - no alcohol, no ultraprocessed foods - as the saying goes, "nothing tastes as good as the great health I have." (or something like that) and I think it's counter logical to celebrate by eating something unhealthy, in fact just the opposite should happen: we should celebrate with something that will IMPROVE our health, not take away from it!
