    I have severe asthma and I’ve always been prone to a bad respiratory infection, usually 1 time a year. I got COVID 10/2022 and I had (4) respiratory infections within 8 months following COVID. I started hypernurishing 06/2023 and HAVEN'T HAD A RESPIRATORY INFECTION SINCE!! Wow!!! Not only that but I had a few back injuries and a back surgery and accepted that my life was just going to always be painful. But hypernurishing cured my chronic back pain too when modern medicine, chiropractors, physical therapy, strength training and daily stretching did NOT help the pain. Thank you Dr G and Thomas! God bless you both and thank you Jesus!

    Yes! My son got sick, but I didn't because I'm eating all raw on your protocol, thank you!

    Your "why" comments almost made me cry (that's something). Going through a very rare autoimmune disease is totally infuriating and depressing when doctors only know to give you pills and infusions. I have no real support group though husband is trying to help. It's hard to be strong. I appreciate Wellness Wednesday!

      I feel for you. Healing should be encouraged by doctors and also family. It's hard enough when you're trying to heal and you have to defend your methods at the same time.

    If i drink 64-96 ounces of water i will be up 10 times a night going to the restroom which is not so bad because i still fall right back to sleep but i am wondering if i have to make a health choice which is the higher importance for health, drinking a lot of water or getting a good nights uninterrupted sleep?

    Every person in my house (6 of them) got terrible sinus/respiratory virus over holidays (some turned to pneumonia) … EXCEPT ME. I was even intimately exposed to Covid by a friend (enclosed car + attended party) and didn’t get it. My family is finally starting to think I’m not crazy after all. 😂 🥬🥤 Hubby is now asking for morning smoothie.

    Can I ask you about raw sprouted lentils and mung beans? I soak them, and sprout them on my counter for 3-4 days. I add them to salads. Do you think this is okay for healing? I’m trying to heal fibroids on a raw foods diet, and I do include at least 1/2 cup chia in my smoothies and I have flax crackers every day in my salads too. I’m just wondering because you once mentioned one of your clients ate cooked lentils and it was tougher for their liver. I don’t have liver problems but I am still trying to heal my womb.

    Why is it when I eat greens from a box ( rather than a fresh head of kale/etc ) I get stomach cramps?

    Is it bad to take fish oil if you have cancer and dry eyes… to get one’s Omega 3s up. Otherwise WFPB… I wonder if adding Fish oil can help? I don’t have autoimmune that anyone can find. Stopped drinking kale/celery juices cuz TSH went abnormally high. Didn’t Thomas used to use Fish oil in olden days?

    Yes, but what about test with people who are already plant-based and no processed foods with avocados because many of us have high cholesterol…

      Sometimes, people are born with it too, I think I heard or read. And sometimes, Dr G said before, people think they are eating on plan but turns out they're not in some way. I'm not sure what "many" is to others, but Dr G helps reverse problems in thousands, and I never heard her say that many of her clients were still left with high cholesterol.

      Avocados can improve your cholesterol profile. It always depends on what else you're eating and meds. Doctors don't study nutrition.

  • @floraly88
    @floraly88 10 дней назад

    Please Dr. G, publish the actual protocol in written form somewhere. It's hard to differentiate between rapid recovery, goodbye autoimmune and hyper nourishing. Also the amounts of foods would be good to now. I follow you for a long time now and have learned so much through watching your video, but I want to discuss your teaching with family and friends as well. They are not willing to sit through hours of live stream. We need a concise written version of the different protocols.

    Broccoli causes constipation sometimes in some people ?

    • @Cdnl4927
      @Cdnl4927 11 дней назад +2

      That doesn't make sense unless your body is coming off standard western diet of little fiber, and the body is trying to get used to more fiber foods. But eating plant foods should be helping to eliminate constipation over time, not result in it.
