I truly believe eating lightly is the golden rule to stay healthy. Over stuffing can be miserable. Being wise and just tasting samples are my rules to myself

Thank you for having Dr. Goldner as a regular ❤ Also, I often hear her say during her Q&A sessions that her husband saved her life through his protocol she tried before they married. My thought is that Dr. G is also saving Thomas’s life by having the standards of not eating animals and ultimately influencing Thomas to not eat animals, thus helping him avoid high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney failure, etc. like meat eaters eventually do. They make such a great team! And we get to benefit from that 💚🌱🥰

Can you bring her back on and just discuss kidney failure? Im on an all raw regime. I noticed both when I did her program and now more a hygenist approach my kidney function went down. It got better briefly on the rice diet for a few months. I noticed that Dr Grim, i think it was, said the lower BP can reduce kidney function sometimes. Thats hapened twice now, so now what?! But now I seem to be sensitive to starches so I cant go back to the rice diet. Three days on rice and my fruit n juices and I didnt feel so hot with added complications. Confused.
Too bad I didnt know about Dr. Goldner when she was in Austin.

I used a WFPB diet to remedy my rheumatoid arthritis.. But I still have a lot of stiffness. My plant-based doctor said I should take magnesium supplement in addition to eating foods like lentil that contain magnesium. I am also taking Melatonin because I have trouble sleeping. So I take webber naturals melatonin Magnesium maximum strength. I know Dr. McDougall does not like supplements Could you ask him, or your other doctors what they would do about relieving stiffness. I usually stiff when I try to get up in the morning,. Sometimes, I;m stiff when I sit for a long while. I have a very physical part-time job, which makes me walk 20 hrs a week.
