It involves what is called Law of Attraction, which is taught best by Ester Hicks. Also being joyful is necessary! You must break away to a new belief of your future, a new expectation.

@@cherylcastillo7020Yes, they are. The most painful is my left knee. Some days I have a lot of pain and have to remind myself how much more I do now than earlier. My husband agrees. I even walked halfway around our pond, partly without a walker. A couple of days later my shaman "saw" that (remotely) during his Skype class and mentioned the feelings involved in giving up on your body and feeling old, all of which had been true in my case, versus being joyful, trusting your body, and practicing spiritually supportive meditations from powerful Spirit, with God in front of us and in our future.
Also, Kryon tells us that we are already in the new energies, which are much more supportive of our healing and any kind of manifestation that is in alignment with God.
I recommend keeping a journal of your practices, because I've had the experience of tremendous healings in my body. The shaman said my lungs were the best he'd seen them (in our 12 year friendship). Then my husband and my grown daughter had serious accidents. By the time both were on the mend I could not even remember exactly what I'd done for healing and could feel that I had pneumonia.

16 oz of cruciferous vegetables (like spinach, chard, or kale), 1/2 cup of flax/chia seeds, and the rest is filled with frozen fruit (if fruit is not frozen add ice so it doesn't heat up your blender and kill the nutrients). You can add almond milk if you'd like but then you can't count it towards the gallon of water you should be drinking for the day.

Dr Bernstein (Type 1 diabetic) has mentioned that nerves repair with 1 milimeter per day if the hba1c is normal, which he considers to be 4.7/83. To what degree such repair slows down with gradually higher a1c he havent detailed. Im just a Type 1 Diabetic, and not a doctor, so Im just parroting what Ive heard a doctor have mentioned.

We produce erythritol endogenously and the low glycemic sweetner is an antioxidant. Plus: That study in question didn't factor what those with CVD ate. The ratio is one issue generally important, true. But! If there's very little in the item, and you're eating plenty of omega 3 in flax and chia- that is balancing the ratio correctly. Most of the fat is neutral omega 9 in avocado.

Further more no plants today have even close nutrition compared to their wild counterparts + the body has to do a lot of work of conversions to get the essential fatty acids against all antinutrients ? There are some who have tried hypernourishing and stopped after everything getting green but not better ;) It seems healing still remains about one eliminates but at the same time maybe getting better in greens is still fighting against the wind ?
