I was in the hospital at the time of this Q & A and on the GBLP. I refused what they tried to feed me so I had my son bring my protocol smoothie to the hospital. Where there is a will, there is a way.

LOL thats so true about not knowing what certain things in the body are for until after they’ve been removed- when I was in the hospital for gall stones the nurse told me they don’t know what exactly the gall bladder is for but it’s pretty much a not needed organ and it’s okay to have it removed . Years later thinking “why would God put a gall bladder in me if it had no purpose-“ which is my clue that clearly it had a function because God wouldn’t put it in me for nothing

Been waiting on the blood pressure information. Much appreciate what you do. Need to get my Blood pressure down. And was born with one kidney. Stage 3 A kidney function right now. Blood pressure average 160/? .71 years old. Had gastric bypass surgery 6 years ago. Down to 195 from 285 .I believe in wfpb high fiber nutritional dense diet cover's everything. Blended whole juice recipe book that comes with the Vita Mix blinder. Your opinion please. I've had a Vita Mix blinder for over 30 years. Haven't been using it the way you suggested. Big fan of yours. Will be here every Wednesday. What is your opinion on Black seed oil. It's said to cure everything but death.

Hello Seth, i don’t know if dr brooke will give you an answer but you could read the China Study, or see dr. Michael Greger huge librairy on line, or listen to the movie Game changer you will find answer to your question. Hope this helps you. Have an amazing journey! Also in dr. Brookés book Goodbye Lupus , page 31 Step 1. Eliminate animal products including eggs and dairy where she explains the massive inflammation those foods create in the body. Be well 🤗
