    Thank you for that clarification/reminder about the steroid withdrawal- it is no joke! I am working on healing from Addison’s disease (brought on by being kept on steroids due to a misdiagnosis after breast cancer reconstruction surgery) & have learned to tune into what my body is going through because I’m on too high a dose from previous other illnesses and my tapers have gotten slower and slower. I am new to your protocols and struggling with some GI issues since starting. (To be clear - I am NOT stopping; I will not give up but it’s been really challenging)

    Fantastic! I've seen you on Chef AJ's channel, too. I first saw you speak in one of the nutritional Summits last year, and I've been a fan ever since. I'm just trying to dial in my health after reversing autoimmune disease and a plethora of conditions by going whole food plant based. You give so many tips and medical information, I'm here arming myself for anything that can come up and so I can WOW anyone who needs to find out about you!

    I keep missing your live shows, but really want to know if you reccomend a mostly raw diet as you yourself follow for long term health and healing when you are healed.
    Or is chef Aj or whole food plant based mostly vegetables kind of diet but alot more cooked will that stop progress or revert the healing that has been done?
    Do you eat much beans, rice, or potatoes?
    Thank you for your time
    Your hardwork
    You are appreciated more than you know❤

    Thank you so much for your help Doc! Can one do a six week program to reverse type 2 Diabetes?

    • @Goodbyeeveryonehere
      @Goodbyeeveryonehere 4 месяца назад +1

      Dr goldner always says don't do her program for a certain amount of time, do it until your disease has gone.
      Having said that, she said recently that most of her clients no longer have diabetes type 2 after 4 weeks. But if you do, carry on until its gone.

    Has anyone read the report on Consumer labs about flax products like Bob's being high in cadmium? I sent an email to Bob's, and they did reply but basically directed me to FDA. FDA was not help. But they should be because flax is a food, not s supplement.

      chrisbeatcancer is a colon cancer survivor. He was 28 when he was diagnosed with stage 3 and he got rid of it with a plant exclusive diet without chemotherapy as chemotherapy is known to ruin the immune system. Perhaps he knows people who survived all types of cancer.
      Wishing you immaculate health and a long life. Much love ❤️
