Thanks Oliver! Would love a stretch session that each stretch is held for min 30secs. Whilst you said this, some of them, each side was only held for 15secs, so between transitioning, it’s only held a short time.
WARNING: The stretch at 6:45 where he says to put your hand overhead to increase the stretch has injured my lower back TWICE now!!. I'm not getting injured working out or doing any other stretch routines. It's only this stretch right here that injured me again this morning. Do not attempt this stretch!!!
