    Nice cool down. But its not really full body since there were no arm or upper body stretches

    What about arms and chest and abs and all that you neglected all of those areas, you just did lower body and neck for some reason

    I did one of your high impact cardio workouts+ a 1 mile run+ this cooldown video. 👌
    Sometimes RUclips cooldown videos don’t ever slow down my heart-rate (because it’s a lot of pilates). But yours hit the mark perfectly. Thank you so much. I’m definitely subscribing!

    I think it's great that he also does exercises after training, especially because they are relationship exercises to avoid injuries and so on. I would like to know if you have exercises for before training?
