Nice cool down. But its not really full body since there were no arm or upper body stretches
What about arms and chest and abs and all that you neglected all of those areas, you just did lower body and neck for some reason

Finally found a cool down stretch I like. Is it ok to keep doing the same stretches everyday or should i change it up once in a while?
