  • This is a great beginner to intermediate workout for anyone looking to strengthen and tighten the mid-section. Ten challenging but doable exercises with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. If you want more HEAT simply turn up the work interval! Enjoy!

    Are there any routines I could not do with posterior pelvic tilt and sciatica?
