    As a beginner in trx, other channels seemed difficult. Also, most of the actions were made in a similar configuration.

    The super row and assisted pull up look like they’d be difficult to do if the anchor point is on a wall rather than overhead

      The wall is a limiting factor for sure. Can't do it from underneath. But you could make it super hard by putting your feet on the wall! AS long as it's secure and safe.
