  • You asked for it! A TRX workout that's a little "less hard" but still challenging. This one's a 24 minute circuit - 2 rounds, 12 moves, 45/15. Including some cool new abdominal moves you've maybe never seen before. The second round takes it up a notch but you can stay wherever you're comfortable. Doesn't hurt to get out of your comfort zone though so on that note, feel free to add plyo into the leg moves!

    I love your workouts!!! Please keep on coming up with all the "hard" workouts! I know that I can always modify if it becomes too challenging, but what I find is in time I can do the entire workout!

    Great the workout TRX , you are the best :) You can make a another TRX workout with more exercise as seen at the end ? The one from with outstretched arms is great I do not know the name.

    Hi Coach, This one is definitely a challenging one, I am still sweating, it's great, as all your routines.
    What's the difference between working out with series and repetitions of each move, against working out with a timer?
    Sometimes I add the medicine ball to swiss ball workouts, to increase a little bit the resistance, especially with front and side crunches and Russian twist, and I do the same with some ABS with the TRX, It's that Ok?
    I am getting inspired by your creativity ;)

      When you work with a timer you work at your own pace and as you get stronger you can move faster and do more reps so the intensity is different from working with reps. Plus it provides variety which is important to prevent boredom. It's always more fun using different formats. Keeps things fresh! Thanks for your feedback and enthusiasm. :)

      I forgot to tell you that when you have nasal congestion or coughing, you can drink an Oregano tea, with one teaspoon of honey and the juice of a lemon and go to bed, then you will get sweaty!, I know that this video is from last year but we are getting into winter season again here in Montreal.     Marsha love it! it's fun, hard, difficult but love it. Trying to do TRX twice a week 25/30 minutes. I do a better performance every single time. How many times do you suggest we repeat this short sessions? Need to go over all your videos, before ask you for something else. Hope soon get a good fitness level!

      shortcircuits with Marsha Tks! I practice 40 minutes of Yoga Mondays, TRX Tuesdays & Thursdays, Wednesdays is my ABS day, have six months doing 1:30 minutes of only ABS, all the ones I know. But I felt in love with TRX and the way my ABS respond to the short training that for a change will try for a couple of months do at least 4 TRX sessions. :)

    Marsha. I love your workouts. May I suggest you make your TRX workouts in a way where you don't have to flip from one side to another. Meaning do cradle exercises on floor then do upper or lower body. I have to adjust my straps on this one when moving to the floor. I think you know what I mean. Thank you for making wonderful workouts

      Hi Suzanne, I like trying new things and love to rest one body part while the other side is working,. So I can't promise that all my workouts will feature the kind of transitions you would prefer to see. But I hear you and I'll definitely have many more that you'll enjoy!

    Not disputing how effective this work out is but this is an edited video so we aint seeing you adjust the TRX in the video which takes up time or gets a little fustrating for a beginner. The first 4 workout is up down up down

    So, I am 51 years old and struggling with my weight. I eat very healthy. No junk food, processed foods, etc. I have been using the TRX streps, but the side plank is hard. Do you have core routines that are not so challenging since I am a beginner here?
